Official Trophy Thread - 4/21: Enhanced Trophy Lists Coming in Firmware 3.30

Ok, quick question, do I have to make a new save on GTA:IV before having the ability to unlock trophies? Assuming it doesn't go off your current save, and goes of what you have done after the patch, I should have two trophies, the 180 with three darts one, and Warm Coffee. I did the 180 twice, the Coffee once, neither credited.

EDIT: Ah, read three pages back, you do have to start a new save for any of them to credit. Pointless. No way I'm restarting, I'll get them once I'm done.

Are you being as sarcastic about this as I am or are you serious that enjoying single-player PixelJunk Monsters means you're a loser with no friends?

First of all I want to say thanks to Frisky for doing such a great job keeping all this updated. I saw on X-Play last night that Fallout 3 was going to get trophies which is great news. I came here to post it, but of course Frisky had already got it up. No surprises there. Although, I did notice that you still have Fallout 3 under the category of games not supporting trophies as well.

By the way, after reading through the last couple of pages, someone said the PS3 version of Fallout 3 was the most inferior. Why is that? I haven't played it yet so I'm just curious.

Finally, PJM is awesome. Both multiplayer and single player. The trophies are a nice bonus, but I'm stuck on the stage where you can't cross the bridge as well.

Anyway, keep up the great work Frisky.

Quantum of Solace is pretty fun. The single player trophies are pretty easy. Not to mention it only takes no more than 5 hours of gameplay to beat the SP.

I have the PS3 version. Its been reported that textures are slightly muddied looking or something. I haven't played the 360 version, but it seems fine to me. Other than that, there's an annoying issue where anytime a system notification pops up (friend signing in, etc.) the game pauses for like 2 seconds. Also, during the beginning, you take a test to essentially determine your character class and some have issues where it more or less freezes. What happened to me was that it didn't technically freeze, but the "test" never started and I couldn't do anything at all. I had to reload my save game, then it worked fine. So, nothing show-stopping, but based just on those issues, 360 version is a little bit better.

I have put the game on hold til the trophies come out, then I'm starting over. Maybe they'll fix some of these issues with that same patch. I have plenty of other stuff to play now anyway.

Too lazy to search ...... anyone know if I have 2 PS3's and log in to both with my PSN ID (not at the same time obviously) and I get trophies on each will they both update my profile card (or whatever it's called)?

I've been trying to get the Mainichi Issho trophies, and I've read the Toro Station somewhere are 70-80 times, and it won't give me the 50 times trophy. It's really annoying me.

Its been said a million times before, I hope Mega Man 9 gets trophies. I would make sure I got every single one. After playing it on 360 at a friends house today, Im psyched to get this on ps3. :)
Check the SF2 thread here. The concensus is no.
Actually in their update (check for the link in the SF thread) they won't have trophies at launch but will eventually. When...they didn't say.

That's strange, because I'm up to 60 times and haven't even gotten my 30x trophy yet.

SWEET!

I actually freakin' love Blast Factor and have the add-on.

Damn, hope all the old games get updates. :sniff:
Pretty sure it was mentioned a page back...;)
You provided rumor. I provided fact. I win ;)

Mana provided fact two posts above you, so he wins.

I think I'll be getting Blast Factor next I have some dough to spend, which I've been eyeing for a while but never really got around to buying it.

He provided facts for Brain Challenge and Blast Factor. Not Echochrome.

Rumor? I even posted a link, which never mentioned anywhere in the article that it was a rumor. It even had the list.

I'm surprised that echochrome has its own platinum trophy, in that it requires all the others to be unlocked first, though it's just a gold trophy since they can't offer a real one.
Just deleted my Echochrome save file in anticipation of the trophy patch.
I'm new to this whole thing. Is it just assumed that these trophies won't be retroactive? It's not a big deal, because I only recently got the game as part of the sale, but if I don't have to delete all the better.

Also, more of a general question, but how do we update games? Does it fall under add-ons, or do you have to redownload the game?

If I should just read the thread, let me know.

If I should just read the thread, let me know.
Previously, you had to re-download the game (early PS3 games, especially around June 2007 and before). Newer games now, all that happens is you are prompted to download a patch when you play. You download, install, and it automatically resets you back to the game.

I asked the developers of Blast Factor whether its trophy patch require I re-download it (like older PSN Games), but they said no.
Killzone 2 trophies

Complete all missions without dying? Seriously??!!!
It those are the same ones that were floating around last week, GG has confirmed them to be old and the current lists have differences. Anyways complete all missions can be done on any difficulty I think....

I didn't think I cared about Prince of Persia at all...but the review on GameTrailers and the trophies are making me want it. Damn!

Quite a few Prince of Persia Trophies (20 at least I'd say) require you beating the game. Not that hard.

For Killzone 2's beating the game without dying, assume it's like LBP where you can redo the levels over again until you do it. I do wonder what the Weekly Online Honor Ranks are. They sound difficult.

Age of Booty got patched for trophies, even a platinum one at that. Now go ahead and post this tomorrow Broly....

-I guess they took it down already. Someone on my list has them though. It may be Europe only Just redownload the whole game. They are there
