Additional Comments? The trade deal was CTR/Smash Bros/Hitman 2 for the things I sent him. He had me send first - didn't ask, but I figured that's ok, his feedback is pretty high. It takes his package a week longer to reach him than the 2 others I sent out at the same time, but again, just a shipping issue I suppose. Then he tells me he's sending. A few days later I receive his package, minus Hitman 2. I immediately PM him and ask him about it, and he pretends that he got the deal confused. He says he's embarrassed about it and acts like he wants to make it right. I message him back - 2 days go by, nothing. Up until this point he had been very quick to reply. So I'm at work around noon last Weds, and I see he's just posted a topic on the boards, so I *know* he's on - I message him real quick asking what he wants to do about it. He replys with just "what do you want to do about it?". At this point I'm getting irritated, so I tell him I want the game we agreed on, when can he send? Nothing. Late the next night, I message him again asking him to reply to me - nothing. The weekend goes by. I message again on Monday, asking him to please resolve this civily, but that message has also gone ignored. I know he's been on the boards since, and I even posted in one of his messages asking him to check his PM's.

I realize I have less feedback than he does, so anyone can choose to believe me or not. This is exactly what happened, and if he did it once he'll do it again. Beware.

Additional Comments? I got the game today and was kind of irked to see that the case had a crack on the lower left side (which makes the first CD case fall off) and had some type of sticky residue on it (front and back). Espically after he said this in his orginal thread.
