I think it is just an ebb and flow of this stuff . . . do they still buy SNES games instore? I assume this is just old stuff in the system most of it filtering its way up to the website from brick and motar stores . . . at some point they will drop these old cart games altogether.
Yeah, but it's going to be a while before they drop that, hell they still sell NES carts, and that's going on 20 years old now?

The only SNES game I still really need is Soul Blazer, I'm hoping that comes up soon. :D

some eb's still take Old school (Genesis and SNES NES games) i traded in a bunch of sports games i bought because of a package deal for like some quarters but i didn't really want them anyway..
I think it is just an ebb and flow of this stuff . . . do they still buy SNES games instore? .
None of the EB's here do, and I've never seen any for sale at any of them.

Just like Gamestop, all the EB's in a general 30 mile area stopped accepting Dreamcast and older (except for PS One) and stopped selling them. Really sucks because I picked up some awesome DC and N64 games dirt cheap from them all the time (Ogre Battle 64 complete for 15 bucks? Thanks EB!)
thinking about buying a Used PS1 memory card for some reason everyone of my old ps1 memory cards are now saying DATA NOT FOUND when i put it in my ps2. Man i cant play ARC THE LAD
Actually, if you go to Sears and they still have Sony PS1 memory cards in stock, they'll only be $1.99 apiece! Two different Sears I went to had them clearanced at this price, so I'll wager a lot of others will also. I bought four of them (and cleaned one of the Sears out in the process >:)) myself for the mass of PS1 RPGs I've collected and yet to play.

Anyway, I figured this had already been posted, so I didn't bother posting it.

And I picked up Darkened Skye and Summoner today for $8.72, with tax. I think there's still 3 left of DS, and I think I may have bought the last Summoner (PS2 version, anyway, I got the Summoner 2 for GCN Tuesday).

Quite a few EB and GSes in my area sell and take in classic systems such as NES, SNES, GB/GBC, DC, etc. There is a actually a few EBs in town that have been designated as the stores that are supposed to sell all of the older system stuff after the others take it in. They actually sell quite a bit of the older system games in my area. It's pretty cool since you can find some awesome older system games.

Wow, Megaman Extremem for GBC has sold out already. After I told a couple of my friends they told me to go and a couple for them. This sucks now. Oh well.

I think you're right. I went into the B&M EB in my area yesterday, and looked for some SNES games. The clerk said they had been recalled and they don't carry them anymore. The last time I went in there, about a week ago, they still had them, so this is a pretty new thing. Maybe old-school games are being recalled from a lot of B&M locations, causing the recent large restocks at EBgames.com.

hard to even grab that much right now i been sitting on

1 part 2
1 part 3
and
3 parts 4

for over 2 months
how does everybody find these good deals at ebgames?

i want to find some to, but I can't seem to come up with a strategy for finding deals.
Persistence. Just go through each game section and organize the list by price. You'll see what the lowest prices are. EB updates their site periodically throughout the day. And they have tons of us watching, so games sell out REALLY fast.

Good luck :)

I got the bottom case too, but Brigandine is actually a double case. Fortunately, I already had the entire case and manual for it.

I was thinking of doing the same thing but the Atlus store doesnt have Brigandine manual instock

I received my Victorious Boxers today. It smells a little funky, and has blockbuster stickers/"disc shield" on it. It appears to be in a standard DVD case, with the exception that there is a small nub in the center of the spine. Is that the case it came with originally, or did it have a PS2 case with memory card holder (may have been released too long ago for that). Also, the disc has "Disc 1" written on it. This wasn't a two disc game, was it? Do they all have this? Thanks.

I got a Victorious Boxers awhile back and it also came in a regular DVD case. I figured it just got switched to a regular case but maybe not? My copy also says Disc 1 on it, so they're probably just printed like that.

I got mine yesterday. It had a used sticker on the front of the disc and also came in a regular DVD case. The data side has almost for sure been Disc Doctored. Of course, it doesn't work. My PS2 just says "Reading disc" when I put it in. Guess I'll call EB about it but I expect this to be a lost cause. I doubt they have any left and even if they did, it would cost me almost as much to ship the damn thing back as I paid for in the first place.

My first bad EB online experience...

EBgames.com will let you exhange/return a game if ít's defective. I don't think you would have to pay for shipping, there should be something on the packing slip about it.

At the risk of sounding like a noob, how exactly do you guys know how much stock of something is left from that site? I must be completely missing something.
