I saw very strange stuff . . . SNES stock went to one then at 53 which had a ton of $1.99 games that are normally more then back to normal.

Right about then I checked for Ninja Gaiden Trilogy . . . but didn't see it . . . couldn't have dropped off the system that fast??

I ordered Super Ghouls and Ghosts (copy I have is kind messed up with poor connectors. But couldn't add "saver" . . . I'll call later but recently I've had a hard time adding codes they always tell me the order is already out of their system.

Ghouls was $3.99 . . . but I don't have a link :whistle2:(

Yep, I bought DemiKids Light, Survival Kids, and Magi-Nation.

Then they went back into stock a few minutes later - hopefully, it's first come, first serve.

That was a terrific Game Boy Color/Advance update...

Yeah that had to be a price screwup. It's usually listed for $5.99 used(appears to be OOS now). As for the SAVER coupon, I couldn't get that to work until I got the order up to $3.

All I've got to say is that they better honor those prices, since it was a screwup on their part. Hopefully my order will go through, since this would be the first time since February that I've ordered something from the site.

I actually enjoyed them quite a bit - they're a lot more similar to a regular RPG than the original Dragon Warrior Monsters. The original DWM was a bit of a drag due to the random dungeons, but DWM2 has a cohesive storyline and feels more like a Dragon Warrior game.
 
How long does it usually take until an order shows up in "My Orders"? I thought open orders showed up near immediately -- there are just specific windows of time where changes/cancellations can be made.

I'm considering cancelling the order I placed this morning while trying to get Gitaroo Man (the first time 'round)...but it's not on my list at all. Is that part of the system being wacky today, or is it a normal occurrence?
 
My orders have all shown up in "My Orders" immediately (like, I click the "my orders" link from the order confirmation screen, and there they are), and that's what happened today, as well. The cancellation window on today's order has actually closed already, as well.

Did you get an order confirmation e-mail or anything? 'Cause that's pretty weird.

are you talking that your whole order isnt showing up or just Gitaroo man isnt showing up

I got one about 5 minutes after ordering. But, yeah, the cancellation option on my order is gone too. Check through your junk email folder, that's where it goes when I use my account I have through hotmail.com.

there are tons of times i got to call them to cancell the cancell op never shows up online
 
The order isn't on the list at all -- there were 3 other games in my cart that did go thru despite gitaroo being pulled. I saw the final order screen...at home though, so I can't pull it up here. I don't have an email confirm, but in my experience, it takes a couple hours for that to come through.

Well, the whole point is that I don't really *want* the games, so I suppose this is convenient. I'll just watch to make sure my card isn't charged.

Given the strangeness of items re-stocking themselves this morning, I wanted to see if anyone else had this experience. Guess not!

Check your email around 3 this afternoon. Usually orders placed in the morning are already charged and shipped out by afternoon on the same day.

Was able to add saver but the clerk didn't know why it didn't work in the first place . . . .
 
Hey all, I think I figured it out... The system doesn't like when an expensive item gets pulled at the final stage, leaving a substantial bonus discount behind. If the order costs zero, it just evaporates, regardless of whether you got a final order screen. In this case the discount wasn't quite enough to make everything else free (but I would have gotten 3 games for $2-4 total, depending on Gitaroo being $35 or $40) -- perhaps EB is targeting this problem more closely, and that's why this order disappeared.
 
Turns out they are honoring the screwed up prices. I just looked at my card's limit and they didn't over charge me for the mistake. Hopefully everyone that took advantage of it will get the same.
 
I finally picked up Forever Kingdom (thanks OP!) I have no idea what I'll do with it once I have it (looks at pile o' shame) but thanks again! :)

I love From Software so hopefully I will enjoy Forever Kingdom
 
Man, I can't believe I missed Gradius III and IV for the PS2; I've been wanting that for ages, and didn't even notice it this morning :(

Oh well... always next time :)
 
I got DWM: Tara's Adventure when it first came out and really enjoyed it. One of the few GBA RPGs that I completed!

Decent length too. 20 some hours if I remember correctly.

Cruuuud. Gitaroo Man has gone back to cancellable. Only other order I've had do this was an attempt at ordering the new Lunar 2, so I'm thinking I've gotten backordered. Think I'll leave the order open, though, on the off-chance they get another in stock.

Mine went back to being cancellable too, but then it went away again. And then it shipped, so I guess I lucked out?
