btw, i've seen many a complete Brigandine around town, but never picked it up. i guess i should go find it again.

If it's disc only, then $20 would be about a fair price for it. If it was complete however (including the map), then $20 is a hell of a deal for it. Last time I checked, totally complete copies usually sold for $60 on Ebay and earlier this year, I sold a copy with just the case and disc for $45.

I read that as Mega Man X3. I guess it was wishful thinking. Anyway, thanks for the update. That's a good price for Grandia Extreme.
 
Any opinions on Vanguard Bandits? I'm thinking about buying it. Is it worth $15 for (probably) disc only?

EDIT: Nevermind, its gone. Maybe for future reference though. Probably a good thing since I'm broke this week.
 
Hey, can someone please post the code of their edge card? I have an EB card that gives 10% off in store is that the same one? Sorry, but I have never heard of this before...
 
Yeah, its one of those, but it has a yellow sticker on the back with a 12 digit code on it. You can get one for $5.

I think its linked to your account in some way though so I dunno if people can share codes, I haven't seen it done.
 
Vanguard Bandits is in my cousin's collection and even though we talk everyday, he's never once mentioned the game. I don't know if that means it's average or that he just never got around to playing it.

I didn't want to pick up Mega Man X3 for it's rarity, I just wanted to play it. It's supposed to be the best in the X series. I have X2, but IMO X and X4 are better games with better presentation.
 
X and X4 are infinitely easier to get your hands on though. I do want to play X3 myself but I don't see myself getting it unless it falls into my lap (I'll probably just play it on an emulator).

Vanguard Bandits was a very old game when Working Designs published it... Its not bad but I was just wondering about its value disc only. It came with a really nice case and manual which I'd probably never find.
 
Most games have little financial value without a case and manual. I sold my Sega Saturn and all my games on Ebay about a year and a half ago and my Magic Knight Rayearth game only went for $23. Where as I sold House of the Dead, which is of lower quality and less rare, for $70 (approx.) because it had a case and manual. If you got lucky, maybe they'd send you the game complete and in mint condition, but you may get screwed and recieve a scratched up disc in a paper sleeve.

I want mm 7, as it is the only one I still need for snes, but $40?, eb could do better than that on this game....I bought x3 from an eb for $40...

$40 is a good deal in itself. However, the buy 1 get 1 free + 10% off make it worth it when theres another $40 game, like there was when I bought this and Chrono Trigger together for around $34. There isn't much today thats expensive... I guess you could get it with Megaman 6 free.

House of the Dead is one of the rarest Saturn games made. There are only like 5000 copies

Also I now feel stupid for not picking up MM7 for cheap when I saw it a few months ago
 
This is the last day for CLSCBOGO so you may want to pick up whatever you need now.

They need to do a PSX or DC buy 1 get 1 free... They'd certainly get the rest of my money.
 
Well, FINALLY I was able to get Gunstar Heroes...bummer on nor instructions for packaging but thats to be expected....Wish there was a suggestion for other great Genesis games to capitalize on the deal...What else is good for the system?..I could only recall NHL '94 as being really good.....Also too bad you can't use PPLAY15 or SAVER to save more....
 
Damnit... I picked up FF3 and FF1 with BOGO and now it says I've maxed out my usage. At least I got those two first... What the hell is that? Must be like the bartender saying you've had enough and refusing to serve you because you're drunk off your ass already.
 
Theres other genesis games in the front page that are somewhat rare. If in doubt, any of the Streets of Rage games, or any of the Sonic games will do you good.

I'm glad I ordered mine a week ago... Can't order any more, so you won't have to worry about competing with me for them I guess.

Lots of OOS, Super Metroid is still there though, good stuff.
 
I got Gunstar Heroes, Donkey Kong Country 2, and Bionic Commando for the NES.

It tells me that I have used the buy1 get 1 too many times also. 25% plus saver almost makes it the same.
 
BOGO is 50% off plus with EB Edge, 10% off the total before any discounts.

25% off plus $2 for free shipping... Could be ok for cheaper games.

Shouldn't you buy 4 games to get 2 free though? Oh, it wouldn't let you anyway. Just got that now.
 
I did not know that I could stack the 10% with the bogo. Oh well, it won't let me use it now anyways. Bogo would not really help me when buying games like Gunstar because I am frantically attempting just to get the order placed before it is OOS. I don't even have time to find another game I want. :)
