Yeah, theres always lots of PS1 titles that are around $2 that used to be very very popular. Like Syphon Filter 1 and 2. They really haven't stood the test of time well at all, and it hasn't even been that long. I think games from the 16 bit era stand up a little better today.
 
man, i wish i would've got Mario RPG and Tales of Destiny when they showed up. Thats what I get for waiting.

B.K? He didn't make the playoff roster. He spent most of the year in Pawtucket, was called up in September and sucked. He was hurt for a while and still doesn't have his velocity back, at one point in the year he went back to Korea to see his doctor.

He's gone before spring training, they're pissed off at him.

suikoden3 is $25 on gamestop's site, imo it isnt worth 5 dollars let alone 25 tho, that game is ass.
 
Its not a bad game if you're into that type of game. It is probably overrated though, don't like the battle system very much.

I really need a case for that game though and its pissing me off, I have the disc and manual but no case. Why does gamestop find it so difficult to include a box with their current gen games?
 
I paid $15 for it yesterday as an afterthought when the copy of power stone 2 I've wanted forever was sold out. I figured that even though I didn't like the Demo, it's got to have some kind of redeeming quality -- even if only as a frame of reference to the changes made when Suikoden 4 comes out.
 
I would have bought Secret of Mana for myself but I'm past the limit on clscbogo, I can't use it anymore. Oh well... I hope someone from here bought it.
 
ouch, ff1 loose is not worth anywhere near that much imo. It is a $8 maybe less.

But ff3 + mana for $32 would have been nice esp if someone never had either of those games.

cant you just make a new account and use the clscbogo that way?
 
Yeah but I only have one credit card number, they keep track. You can get blacklisted for doing that, people tried it when they hit the limit for aff25.
 
Do you guys only buy old school (carts) stuff used from EB. I just got my first order from them and 8 of the 10 games were TOTALLY trashed. I mean ground down plastic in the centers, chewed yes DOG CHEWED cases and scratches were as common as condoms at a hookers convention. Thank god this stuff is just trade in fodder and not for my collection or else Id have gone nuclear.
 
I recently ordered 4 NES, 2 SNES, and 2 GBC games. Only one game (Link's Awakening DX) had a torn label, and it was a small portion of the label. The rest were in great condition.
 
Valis III is somewhat rare? I bought this years ago when it came out. I still have it mint with the box and and all the instructions. Although I haven't played in in over 10 years...

Exactly. Just an obscure game that was never popular and never in a massive quantity. Not that its particularly desirable, but a few places see fit to charge more for it than other games. And it seems to go out of stock quickly at EB.
 
I got my Starlancer from EB the other day, it again came mint and complete for $4 shipped. Very nice, many thanks again dafoomie. I have had some pretty decent luck with the condition of stuff I've gotten lately, this was the first time I've ordered a DC game from them.

Same here, mine was also complete... Is Starlancer rare for Dreamcast? It seems to be expensive in some places.

I don't know that it is super rare, but complete copies go for around $10-15 on Ebay and I have also seen them for more than that in used game stores. In any case, $4 is a great price for it!
 
Yeah, $4 is pretty good.

I am a little disappointed with the graphics through the VGA box though, it was made through Windows CE so I guess its to be expected. Good game though.
