how is growlanser generations anyway? Is it worth about $25 A/C?
i think you can get it new for like 35 now so im waiting for eb to change the prices

MrDurand--The Growlanser games are two of my favorite RPGs/SRPGs from this generation. Neither one is particularly long (10-15 hours for Growlanser II, 20-30 for Growlanser III) but they're just awesome games. The voice acting (and there's tons of it) is top notch, it has some of the best branching storylines I've ever seen (it's literally shocking when you beat Growlanser II and then check guides, only to discover the insane amount of stages, levels, etc that you've completely missed due to the choices you made) and you get to make choices about your actions all the time. Likewise, the battles are really nice: it's one of the only SRPGs I've ever seen to include objectives like "Free the Prisoners" or "Sneak into the Enemy Base" instead of the usual beat the baddies. Honestly gets my highest recommendation if you like the genre at all.

Also, I really recommend Alundra--I picked up a copy a few weeks ago from EBgames.com and it came complete. It's really an awesome RPG, and I don't know how I missed it back in the day...

thinking if im mistaking

4x 10 buck games = 40 x 25% = 30 shipped

Buy 3 get 1 free

30 and if you can use your edge card 26 + 2 ship = 28

so i still say sunday the buy 3 get 1 is better then 25% off

Cool. I might bite on Growlanser. Maybe not today though. And I got Alundra a couple weeks ago, but haven't even had time to start it yet.

i rented this twice off gamefly and just could never get into the game. I wanted more of a turn based system like FF or Disgaea if i could get it 20 i would give it another try but anything over 20 i pass.

i was diggin in my room the other day and found that i own a FOIL cover alundra never played it yet and funny thing is i never even remember buying it so i must had it for at least 5 years

Again, b3g1 is a better deal provided that all of your games are roughly the same price. And provided that you're not buying some game you really don't care about just to get your b3g1.

I'm not bashing the deal; I understand that it's a good deal for some folks. But personally, I'm not wasting my time.

do they have to be same price like could i do

27, 24, 18, 15 =84 -15 =69 x .10 edge = 62.60 if they allow edge to combine

now 25%

84 x 25 = 21 off of 84 63.00

so i guess it isnt as big as i thought

well everything good is long gone. im going to crash i need to get back up in hour or so (only got 2 hour sleep last night )

Mega Man Anniversary Collection $17.99 bc
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/255152.asp

finally, this is in stock online . . . but basically right on schedule--it seems to take about 6-8 weeks after release to see a game PO online.

I got one instore with the 20% coupon 2 weeks ago (works out about the same because I saved tax on my credit instore). Cool for me, because I was able to shake my GC (with bad button arrangement) version for $13.33 during the PSP game trade deal (man I miss that one).

BTW, 2 instock
Does Evil Zone have two cover arts? Mine looks different from the picture.
The one on EB's site is a mock-up. Pretty amateur one, at that.
$41.25 AC

Not bad.
its not worth 41.. i swear to god its not worth 40.. 30 maybe but not 40 don't get fooled into it.. (find a DC version for 20 if you must have it)
I just picked up La Purcelle Tactics mint and complete at a used stuff store for $7.49 :D
The Circuit city website had them for $1.99 brand new last week...
sorry to burst your bubble X_X

Yaeh, but almost nobody got in on it and finding a copy in store is nearly impossible so you really didn't burst anything.

Aww damn. Should have check this thread yesterday. EB gave us a real update. Cookies and Cream (didn't want this game so much before, but it sounds really interesting from what I have read of it), Aqua Aqua, Jade Cocoon 2, Elemental Gearbolt, Destrega, Rising Zan, Ring of Red, and the one I can't seem to get, Dragon Warrior 3. And to think, I would have bought all of these had I gotten in on them. These are some of the ones I've been really wanting to play as well as for my collection.

And today all I missed on just Wild Arms 2 again.

It really seems like my SN fits perfectly for this thread. All I get are the leftovers :(.

Eh... maybe it's for the better. I'm probably going to spend $180 this weekend on Samurai Western and my DS so I guess it's all good.

I also saw that someone posted Gun Griffon Blaze (PS2) for $3.75 after credit. I know that you can get this game for something like $2.99 at Gamecrazy used. That's how I got mine and it was actually brand new since it wasn't seeling on their walls so they just opened it from the stickers and put it as used.

It's also nice to see that Bard's tale is finally 19.99. Now just to see when my BB will drop it down so I can GGC that game.

bards tale might be a temp price drop since used is more then new

they had La Purcelle Tactics for 13.49 used after coupons this morning was 3 in stock (grab 1) the other two was gone in seconds)

If it was $70 it would still be worth it IMO. Its such a good game packed with high replay value.

Sadly, no they didn't.
Still in stock. Somebody buy it!
Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is going for that much?! I bought my copy when it first came out for $40, then sold it back to Gamestop a few months later for $20 so I could get money for The Wind Waker. If I would have known...

$30 before coupons for einhander isnt a good price. if it was bogo or b2g1free then sure, but that is way to much for me to drop on one game.

Same here. I love the game myself and remember it fondly, however 30 bucks is a lot to risk for a game that could come incomplete.

I ordered one from EB games for $23 after credit and thought it was a great deal. It didn't come complete but I didn't care, I just ordered another off of Ebay just for the sake of completeness and just use this one to play on.
If it was $70 it would still be worth it IMO. Its such a good game packed with high replay value.
i know its been talked about and talked about.. but ok.. for the replay value (since you have to earn points to unlock everything) then ok.. but the controls suck and unresponsive.. and i've played it on three different tvs and i cant get the picture right its like its putting out a bigger picture then it should so i can't fully see the special bars at the bottom or information and the extreme left and right of the screen.. it could be my xbox but if it is, it only does this crap on this one game..

yeah.. its fun to mix Capcom characters with Marvel Characters. and there will never be a bigger (in terms of playable characters and combinations) then MVC 2..

i just wouldn't pay 40 for it.. 30 maybe.. (i got mine for 15).. but yeah.
