Found my niece reading this book today.

It's pretty cool that my brothers and I have read it and now she is. And by the beat up look of it it seems as if its the exact same book.

Those books are scary.

When, after talking to you last night? Or overall?

I got the Kill Bill set and Reservoir Dogs when I picked it up, and have Planet Earth, Up, Monsters Inc, and Nightmare Before Christmas on order.

Did you get PE from Amazon UK?

I got mine today.
When something ships next day it usually has to be there before 10:30am.
Not exactly, there's different methods to ship next day air. Priority is by 10:30am, saver is by 7pm....that's UPS anyways.
Anyone remember this?

Scared the shit out of me in, like, first grade.
Most of us were driving when you were in first grade.
Was it on sale, st0neface? What kind of television do you have?
Yeah, it was $150 for it and 2 BDs on Best Buy's website the other day. I have a 42" Sylvania or some shit LCD in my living room.
does anyone know of some good, free hard drive cloning software? I just need to do a drive to drive copy.
doesn't carbon copy cloner do that? never had to use it but I know i hear people rave about it all the time.

The book was published in 1985. I don't think most of you were born in 1969.

Four years earlier than Scary Stories, I might add.

Oh. Sorry. I tried opening the book to see when it was published, but I couldn't do it through my monitor.

My friend has all of the Scary Stories books.

One of the stories, where a guy finds a toe sticking out of the Earth, and boils it for broth, disturbed the shit out of my child-mind.

Yeah, there's one about two bad little girls who get their mother replaced by a woman with a wooden tail and glass eyes. That shit still creeps me out.

Do you remember how to do that scheme during the last Barnes and Noble sale where you would get an extra like 20% off if you pretended to be a veteran on the web site, rabbitt? They're the only ones with The Third Man still in stock and it would be pretty  to get it for $16 or whatever.
I like how my 360 shipped from Indiana to Kentucky.
That shit is nuts. My games come out of Indiana and take forever to get here. That was even when I had Prime. Any point in Indiana is fairly easy to get to within a day. Just the assbackwards way shipping goes.

You didn't fully utilize your Detective skills then

You're welcome, TheRock1988.

It doesn't show up in my cart, st0neface. I forgot how it worked, maybe it was a coupon code.

Mojimbo: bn.com/military

6% off and free shipping. Last time in addition to that 50% off sale and that link there were 20% off coupons floating around, not sure if they're still active.

That was where I got redirected after just entering barnesandnoble.com/military . It had a welcome to the military bookstore greeting when I did it.
If The Third Man sky rockets in price like some OOP Criterions tend to do I will sell it lightning fast.
I should too, since I got it during the B&N sale. How did it go OOP so soon?

Thanks, Rocko. That would be cool if they would apply the 50% discount to the Blu-ray tomorrow. I'll go look for some coupons at DVD Talk.

---

That's kind of fucked up, munch(unless it reaches $100+ levels, which I don't think it will since it's not that niche and they printed a lot of copies.)

Just checked and the old 20% off code is invalid. $19.92 shipped after tax for me for a $19.99 DVD using the military link.

I'd like to see another code show up. I'd probably buy a movie or two. Plus there's 12% Bing cash back.

I'll have to resist unless there's a coupon like last time, though.

Do you even need a new CC? Should just need a new email.

I made a new account with a new email but I don't remember what CCs I used the last time the sale happened.

Edit: They take Paypal, so I think you just need a new email for that coupon.

I hope on of my B&M stores has it in stock as that $5 coupon should work out nicely. I can always go to the Cumberland mall B&N, Criterion's might as well be self-help elocution books there.
