You could always buy it from newegg. Then return the copy from newegg to the place you bought it 3 days ago. Hopefully it wasn't an online purchase...

i will think about it. i have had my DS shelved for a really long time and TWEWY (when it finally arrives from Amazon) is goign to make me pick it back up. Ninja Gaiden DS was tempting before and even more tempting now.
