original Xbox games $1.00 at Dollar Tree

This is funny but if anyone lives near a dollar tree store go to the electronics section. I saw some sealed original xbox games mixed in with the DVD's. I found this one mixed in. It's backwards compatible with the 360 (with update) according to microsoft's website.

WOW lol this is funny thanks for the heads up going to go check them out im only a few blocks from one that i've never been in lol. Guess its time.

Um their beef jerky is really nasty, but their beef nuggets on the other hand are awesome!
 
It was reported months ago that XBOX 360 Faceplates with G1 Transformers graphics were at the Dollar Tree. So I took several trips to my location to never find them. I suspect I will also fall on bad luck because I think our Dollar Tree location is smaller than others (even though I've never been to others).
 
Can't wait to start playing some of these online. Wait, what? Seriously, thanks it's worth checking out in case they have something to flesh out my collection.

IDK they had beef jerky :D. who cares if its high quality. For 1 dollar just chew it till you get your moneys worth. In for 3 jerky. wait is it a bag, or is it just a stick... cause my uncle still has deer jerky.

It's hard for me to trust food from dollar stores after I ate a dollar jar of salsa and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom, shooting out fire.
 
Its probably going to be the casino & sports games like the ones at 99 cents store. Its still worth a look, you never what else they might have.

at our dollar general store we have 1 dollar bags of jack links :applause:

they aren't tiny bags or big.. i would say the bags are a tad smaller then a medium sized bag, defiantly worth a buck :bouncy:

Can't hurt if they don't, can always get something else

I can confirm this....at my local Dollar Tree I found quite a few different poker titles, but I also saw multiple copies of Quantam Redshift and Winback 2. I still passed.

If you can find "Mr. Z's" brand beef jerky, that stuff is pretty decent (on par with Jack Links et al), and from grass-fed beef. A steal at $1.

Their generic stuff, I wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole.

Not to get off subject from the original thread, but I don't get what's the big deal about Olivia Munn. Her seemingly odd & bitchy manerisms are rather annoying. Don't even get me started on ATOTS. Quite possibly one of the worst trainwrecks of a show to ever exist.

Quantum Redshift = Awesome game! (And it *is* 360 backwards compatible!)

It's an amazingly well designed Wipeout clone... mostly since it was designed by Nick Burcombe, who actually designed Wipeout. They even got Junkie XL to do the soundtrack (he's always in the Wipeout soundtracks). Great 4 player splitscreen.

Man, if you can find it for a buck, grab it!!!

I didnt buy it i was hoping to get a picture of it first. not a fan of the series just curious about the keychain.

I have the exact same keychain that I'm using for my keys now. It's pretty awesome.

Same, hell, $1 for a DVD that isn't some collection of unknown Western films is a steal...
 
Most of my original XBox games sell for $1-$3 on eBay, and after paypal fees and eBay fees I rarely make a $1 off them. So I would say the $1 store is probably the best bet for a lot of these old xbox games.

Oh there are a few exceptions like Otogi ($10ish for the first, a little more for the sequel), Steel Battalian (Still sells for near $100ish complete with line of contact), SF Anniversary Collection ($20ish), Knights of the Republic (Sold as a set $30ish complete) and Madden 08 ($20ish used. Rare.) but in general most XBox games sell for crap unless sold in a lot.
