It could have been worse. He could have called me after he had already started doing business and the lawsuits came pouring in. At least he's only out the cost of my lunch, instead of thousands of dollars in damages.

Liquid: Unfortunately, I can't really disclose his idea (professional responsibility issues). Let's just say that he's right that it could have been very successful, had it not violated some fundamental civil liberties.
