Outpost X360 Project Gotham Racing 3 $19.99
Totally worth it -- this game is a blast. Perfect balance of arcade and sim.
Ditto. Even though it'd have been even better with a 60fps frame-rate like the PGR1.
I guess this is why they're giving away this game in the Pro Bundle
I don't think this is a sign of a price drop. I don't think MS would do that. They don't want the value of the bundle to go down.

I agree. Maybe they're just clearing out the stock before the bundle comes in.

Anyone know how this game compares to Ridge Racer 6? I really like Ridge Racer, but I didn't like PGR2 much. Seemed to simmy. Got way too hard, way too quick. Ridge Racer is much more along the lines of what I like. I will say that World Drive Championship for N64 is still my favorite racing game ever ;)

PGR3 looks great but it is most definitely a "hard core" racing game. If you found PGR2 difficult I would stay away from this. Online is also filled with the biggest group of cry-babies on all of Xbox Live -- if you so much as even accidentally scratch another car going around a turn you'll never hear the end of it!

If your tastes skew towards RR or Burnout, go with those, they're more fun and will be more along your lines.

Thanks. I sold this game a while back for more money than I can buy it for now. :)

Just ordered. Tough I dunno if its in stock because it says "call for availability".

Damn. I placed my order last night around 8pm PST and everything was OK and showed in stock, even in the e-mail they sent me after I ordered. Just a few minutes ago I checked my order status on the outpost website and it now shows 'back ordered.' Ugh. So has anyone been to any Fry's in So Cal and can confirm wether or not this offer is good in the B&M stores?

Print out the page & take to ur local SEARS store then they'll pricematch it ...... plus 10% extra lowest price guarantee ... you endup get the game for $16.XX after taxes ;)

Just ordered my second copy. Played my first copy so much it wont read consistantly anymore. No matter, the game is awesome and totally worth it.

I think that's mostly in the ranked matches. If you go to the Playtime public rooms, people are less likely to have their panties in a bunch, especially if you race with a bunch of people you know. Hell, there's a new mode out in the public rooms (Cat & Mouse) that encourages you to bump, grind, and spin out your opponents.

My order was listed as being on back order yesterday, but today I received an email with a tracking number showing that my copy shipped.
