I had about $20 or so in rewards (was planning to apply to something for winter time sale).  I buy alot of bundles like other CAGs.  I started to pay attention to the rewards thing in July this year, prior to that I had like $0.33 total in rewards.  

My GMG account was opened/fixed and my keys that I bought were still intact as far as I can tell.  Again, frustrated but moving on.

 
The one thing that *still* frustrates me about Playfire is they're oh so keen to tell me how much I've earnt in credit, yet I'm not able to spend a penny of it due to some kind of silly bug. Annoying to say the least. At least the people who got banned don't have a £20.75 balance taunting them like Jabba's little friend.

It's even more annoying because every single achievement has been earnt legitimately.

yeah, my gmg account page had a credit balance but I was not able to buy anything.  I kept getting playfire emails yet the balance was not updated on gmg.  once my gmg account was fixed all credit was deleted.  So, I understand your angst.  If I had paid attention prior to July, I would have amassed at least double the credit I had.  Most of the credits were do to play for the first time and easy achievements that could be obtained within first 2 hours or less of playing, so I understand your frustration.   I am trying to look at this with a sense of one less thing for me to fixate on and just buy from gmg occassionally when they beat steam for something I want at that moment.  Playfire had been buggy for me in crediting me with all achievements that I had earned, missing some here and there.  Now I do not need to worry.

What is that Mr. D?  Microsoft Bing rewards calling?  Ok, onward and capitalism HO!!

I've tried and they tell me it's a bug in their database.

My GMG username is my email address, and I capitalised some of the letters. My Playfire username is the same, but apparently I've only capitalised one letter, so GMG and Playfire think I'm two people. It's really annoying.

I had some nice, chatty emails with GMG in fact, sadly all they said they'd do was fix it "soon".

That was about three months ago.

 
You'd think they could just credit you on GMG manually and then zero out your PF balance. They've credited me on GMG for missed rewards before.

Which is funny because this is less than even bundle games were getting when they started.
It's kind of funny they managed to come up with a good idea as to how to "allow credit with vouchers without allowing credit with vouchers", yet can't see that the old program was attractive and interesting, and the new direction of their program is less rewarding than people just idling their games and selling the cards.

It's funny I haven't been doing much playfire for quite a few months and lately I was able to get a few and they still cant get their tracking to work. All my achievements registered with their system but they were never credited to my account. It's amazing to me that they have been doing this for over a year and they are still in "beta".

It's not worth the effort honestly for a measly amount of credit. You really have to chase them down to get it...
