That would be my reaction, but even if I did nothing but play VC in my free time, I seriously doubt I'd manage to grab all of those achievements in time with the way I play RPGs.
 
Hmm, they're alive again? Been ages since I look up the Playfire blog.. and 10 pence each makes it a lot less tempting to even want to bother...

One of the most annoying things about Playfire is that you have to only get the achievements during that small window. No retroactive. :(

I'm still missing a few of those though, and they aren't too difficult. I may pick up a few dimes if I have some free time.

Son of a...! Yeah, I completely agree. I dislike how Playfire randomly decides when and what achivements to throw out there. I finally started putting some time into the Pre-Sequel the past couple of weeks. Bad timing as usual. Looks like I could still do a few. Hmm.

One way to get round this is to create a secondary steam account and share the games to yourself and only play it on the alt account so that you only get the achievements on that alt account.

That is, if you wanna go to the trouble of doing so, esp. considering how bad the rewards (only 1 game and mostly new releases, 10 pence per achievement etc.) are these days.

Not sure what works or doesn't on playfire, but I meant as in keeping the main account with the games that's linked with playfire "clean" with no achievements so that you can trigger it only when you want to. It does conflict with cards-farming, though I don't know if playfire still does that "play for first time" thing anymore..

Still Alive = get a friend to let you kill them repeatedly until the round ends. You may have popped this one last time it swung around the playfire.

Cheeky Monkey = youtube it.

Cocktail = don't even bother, nobody should play 100 rounds of Gun Monkeys.

It's pretty funny because yesterday .16% of people had the achievements and today .21% of people do.
