[PC] The Indie Gala Thread

For me if one game looks worth playing from an IG it's a likely HH. Kung Fury and Crystal Towers (played the original) look good enough for me and some not terrible other looking games.

Same shit, different day*

*applies to every bundle site ever
No, not really. Besides all those bundle sites no longer with us, there's Groupees.

Early this year many here commented on how Groupees had cratered. Today Groupees can barely dream of reaching their lofty heights of early 2016.

INDIE ROYALE IS STILL WITH US!

If anybody buys the new Indie Journey bundle and doesn't want Offroad: VR, I'd be more than happy to take it off your hands. That's pretty much the only game I'm interested in in that one.

Yeah it's pretty sad when the game I would want most from the bundle costs 99 cents. I know I will never, ever play that booze game ever.

Okay, uh, pretty sure somebody already complained about this, but Gala has a bundle called the Spooktacular Bundle, and at least five of the games in it are games about playing with digital pets. One of which is this abomination.

My god. The only thing "Spooktacular" about it is how badly scarred for life I would be if I ever had to play it.

So we're still waiting for keys from IG for Mind Dead from their Greenlight Bundle #4 but they have them for this bundle?

Schweinhunds.

New bundle just went live. Indie Gala Battles & Empires bundle.

Not gonna bother listing the games here (I'll leave that to somebody else). But I will say that it's chock full of repeats. I already own 8 of the 14 games in the bundle.

Pilot brothers 3 and Perimeter expansion?  A bit light for me.

Though I could use the Elven Legacy DLCs.  Or an extra copy of Elven Legacy collection for mp.  Huh.

+10 for me and I'll never ever play any of these even if I become a vampire and live forever, feeding on the blood of innocent victims between finishing games in my huge backlog.

PASS!  :speaktothehand:

I'm one of the few that keeps buying Adorlea Games RPGMaker games....they never get bundled anymore, so if they do I likely made a sacrifice for all of them. The cards usually sell well for those games at least.

I intend to start playing random bundle fodder games for 10 minutes a day. I will likely give impressions on the Steam thread. This will help me to at least play some more games, but also make any other game I play after that feel like i'm playing Civilization 2 for the first time again.

They'll get bundled eventually. They're the kind of games that don't take much effort to make. The dev pops out a million of them every year, I doubt they'll pass up profit from bundling.

There is always Morans like me who see those games and dream of the SNES RPG days and hope that the game is a Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI. Of course they never are and are generally pushed out no matter the quality. It lets me get away from developers like Compile Heart regurgitating half baked ideas, but at a fraction of the price! Of course I buy those Compile Hearts games on discount, just like the Adorlea games. I have a problem....

Another +10 plus another RPGMaker game....win for me. I never redeem the VR games though...so hopefully someday I'll have that....maybe in 5 or 10 years haha.

The humiliation of the Flock devs continues.

How long until they're forced to start giving the game away?
