CAGiversary!
So, yeah I'm bumping a old thread but the question still begs: How many of you CAGs are still playing this here and there? I got the game at Target $15 a few weeks ago and have put in quite a few hours into this game. The reviews all said this was PGR 3.5 which it feels in a lot of ways, but It's also improved a lot over PGR3. I'm liking the career mode, although It's simplistic, and the moto's are my pick over the cars giving PGR a whole new feel. I would say this is the second best PGR behind PGR2, which had tons of innovation when it released with all the XBL stuff.
I'm going on vacation for two weeks but if any of you CAGS feel like playing when I get back send me a friend request.
Man do I feel for bad for Bizarre to. The Club was such a "meh' game (for It's price anyways) and they went out of their way to do a non-driving game and got ripped for it. They should have just worked on PGR5/whatever the new name of the game will be instead of making The Club.
This is both off wikipedia to:
On September 26, 2007, Activision acquired Bizarre Creations [1]. The future of the Project Gotham Racing franchise is uncertain. They announced that PGR4 will be the last game produced for Microsoft [2], who own the rights to the Project Gotham Racing brand, so any future releases to the series will not be Bizarre Creations-developed.
Bizarre Creations is also rumored to be making a racing genre video game based on the James Bond series for Activision.
