Here are the prizes for the giveaway beginning 9/6:

First Prize - Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II (XBox 360, Playstation 3, or Nintendo Wii, Winner's Choice)

14ty6pu.jpg

Explore more of the hidden shadows of the Sith with this sequel to the hit game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Starkiller, Darth Vader's apprentice, returns with over-the-top Force powers and embarks on a journey to discover his own identity and to reunite with his one true love, Juno Eclipse. In Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, Starkiller is once again the pawn of Darth Vader -- but instead of training his protégée as a ruthless assassin, the dark lord is attempting to clone his former apprentice in an attempt to create the Ultimate Sith warrior. The chase is on -- Starkiller is in pursuit of Juno and Darth Vader is hunting for Starkiller.
With all-new devastating Force powers and the ability to dual-wield lightsabers, Starkiller cuts a swath through deadly new enemies across exciting worlds from the Star Wars films -- all in his desperate search for answers to his past.

Second Prize - The Godfather II (XBox 360 or Playstation 3, Winner's Choice)

2hz61ig.jpg

The Godfather II game goes beyond the film's story by setting players in the world of organized crime in 1960’s Florida, Cuba and New York.
After being promoted by Michael Corleone to Don of New York, players expand to new cities, as they build up their families through extorting businesses, monopolizing illegal crime rings and defeating new families in an effort to become the most powerful mob family in America. To help players manage their empire, The Godfather II introduces "The Don's View" -- an innovative strategy meta-game that allows players to oversee the entire world as they grow the family business. Using the Don's View, players will be able to build, defend and expand their crime rings, while keeping an eye on the movements and plans of the rival families. Players will also learn to master the business of organized crime by building a family of Made Men, hiring crew, handing out orders, and promoting their best men up the ranks.

Third Prize - You're in the Movies (XBox 360)

e00het.jpg

This is the game only, no camera included. Get ready for your close-up. You're in the Movies brings the cool factor to kitsch as you live out your dreams of becoming a scream queen, zombie or kung fu fighter. This game is the first and only game of its kind to literally transport players into a magical world of cinema mixed with the hilarious world of improvisation. Using the Xbox LIVE Vision camera, players’ actions are captured and placed into short, riotous films. Performances never end up on the cutting-room floor, and are never the same.

Fourth Prize - James Bond 007: From Russia with Love (Playstation 2)

2qxvyip.jpg

James Bond 007 : From Russia With Love will be the first game to put players in the universe of the classic James Bond films. Set in the original 60's Bond era, the game features movie-based missions as well as original, action-intensive sequences, a broad and deep variety of gameplay, fully-integrated vehicles, social multiplayer experiences, gorgeous women, and classic, upgradeable weapons and gadgetry with modern mechanics.

Definitely interested in the game, but as others noted, don't really have a need for additional mics ... guess I'll keep an eye out and see if anything changes.

Just a fair warning, the reels on these dont last very long (force feedback motor). I owned 2 of them and they both went out in a couple weeks of use. Still a very fun game though, and worth it at that price!

I was sold on Strike for $25, but with $7 shipping I'm on the fence. I don't really like fishing but want to give this a shot. So I'm mostly worried about how close to even I'll come after reselling once I'm tired of it.

I bought one. Its a good game for the wife and I to play together. I was actually debating it at full price when it came out. Luckily, I waited. Neither of us really fish, as we arent into killing the fish. This makes it possible for us to enjoy the sport, without the kill. :) Cant wait to surprise her with it.

I dont eat fish and have been fishing catch and release for the last 20 years. Just because you dont want to kill the fish doesnt mean you cant enjoy the sport. You're missing out on a wonderful sport, and a good way to get away from the wife;)
Was going to jump on it but the shipping make me want to wait....
At the price I'm charging for shipping, I'm still losing money on it with most of the orders. The fishing rods make the package rather large and weigh a few pounds.

Why are you selling at a loss then, out of curiosity? Just to draw attention to your site with a low-ish price? Not that there is anything wrong with that, I'm just genuinely curious.

I meant that I was taking a loss on the shipping. That said, the vast majority of our daily deals are sold at a small margin to try to drive new people to the site.

Updated with today's deal on Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters for PSP. Also, remember to enter our current weekly giveaway for a chance to win Just Cause 2 and more!

Updated with today's deal on Overlord II. We also had Street Fighter IV for XBox 360 earlier today at $9.95, but that one sold out pretty quickly.

do these come with their original cases with instruction manuals? Also are they official USA versions of the game? Thanks

Yes and Yes

Aww, too bad this is the PS3 version, would get this in a heart beat if it was for the 360. There's always tomorrow though :D.

I put in an order with GameDealDaily earlier in the year.

They sent me the wrong items - I followed up with multiple emails to their customer service. Never got a single response back. Ever. No refund either.

Pretty disappointing (feeling ripped off?)

EDIT: To clarify, they only shipped roughly half the items in my order. Ironically, they are still selling the missing items (still in stock on their website.)

Thanks for posting that. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's shitty customer service. I'll certainly stay clear of GameDealDaily if they treat their customers like this.
It's amazing drfrielgood is still here considering all the hate he is getting in this thread.
Just browsing through this thread, and had to laugh at this. Why would he leave? He's making a lot of money of this "free" advertising thread of his. A lot of people don't seem to be happy with the service though

ordered the pair of Dragon Age DLC codes for the PS3 a couple weeks ago.
got 'em...
and guess what?
codes are already redeemed! heh

so i email help and i get a response w/in 5 hours w/ brand new codes!
awesome!

except, well...one code works.
and the other?
already redeemed.

so i email again.
and again.

no replies.

glad it only cost me $4.95 to learn never to deal w/ 'em

edit to update:

We're about halfway sold out of the Assassin's Creed bundles.

sladeums, I sent you a new Dragon Age code to replace the one that didn't work.

Ever wonder why this thread makes drfrielgood look bad? Because the only people who post here are the small number of people that have had problems. I think this has been covered before, but PMing here or on his site is the easiest way to get help and he is only one person running a daily deal site. Do you think you could do any better if you have a lot of stock going in and out? Clearly he has many people who have had successful dealings with him, on this site and off.

Irishsoccermbw: Odds are very high that your order will be just fine. Read the product info before buying so you aren't surprised by anything.

Thanks for the orders, we'll try to get these mailed out tomorrow. I was also able to find some more of the tin cases, so we've got a few more bundles available than I originally thought. Around half of all buyers will also receive the Assassin's Creed 1 bonus DVD and booklet inside their tin.

I'm still waiting for a reply/refund for the missing items from the order I placed and messages I sent weeks ago.

Didn't realize that I should be following here.

Are we supposed to feel sorry that he can't handle customer service because he's running a growing site all by his lonesome? Because if I was in his position I would have hired a few people to handle these things. Like I said, customer service is a big factor for me, and even in this thread he seems to be intentionally ignoring people who have concerns.

Instead of trying to reassure potential customers like myself, and acknowledging the problems with chemgear's order, he just posts a sales update. That in itself is a sign of bad CS to me. It doesn't hurt or even take that much time to simply acknowledge someone's concerns.

So despite some great deals from time to time, I'd rather wait for a deal to come around from a better company. This is based on my principles. I'm not preaching so anyone else follow me or anything.

same here

I bit, I will give him a try, for 2 good games and tin, only 4.99 s/h, and a chance to win MLB2K10, oh come one let me win, remember Chad. Thanks for the deal.

chemgear - just sent you a PM

BShea - I'd really like to be able to run this deal for 360 too, but I just don't have many copies of AC1 on 360. I'll keep an eye out for a deal on some.
