Hard not to pick aganist the Colts after they choke constantly. they are even worse than the Eagles, when it comes to choking.
They get all the attention as this awesome team that can do anything, when they are no where near an elite team. When they get their ass handed to them by a banged up Patriots team, I will laugh, even harder because you called me stupid.
and 14 points was not all that unreasonable. I watched that Ravens game a few weeks back, and they held the ball for pretty much the whole game, and could only muster 21, and this was a playoff game
If they lose to the Patriots they won't "get their asses handed to them". Last year in the playoffs they lost by 10, and in the first game this year they lost by 3. Not exactly an ass kicking.
You WERE stupid because anyone who watches football KNOWS how pathetic the Broncos are. Shanahan cannot win a playoff game without John Elway. Period.
So if the lowest the Colts scored ALL SEASON was 20, and you predict 14, how is that not unreasonable?
Its funny you saying "all they could muster against the Ravens was 21". Y'know, a lot of teams manage to "muster" a lot less than that against the Ravens, including the Jets and the Eagles WITH T.O. this season. If you want to play the "all they could muster" game, how about New England only getting 13 against the Jets?
everytime they get into a big game, they do something stupid to ruin their chances of winning.
Case in point, even Donovan McNabb isn't dumb enough to let the same guy pick the ball 3 times.
They have been a good team for the past 6 years and only making one AFC championship game is pretty shitty considering their record over that span.
Yeah, Peyton LET him pick the ball 3 times. Its not that Ty Law is a good cornerback who did a good job covering his #1 receiver or anything. And I guess Peyton Manning is the first QB to ever throw multiple picks to the same defensive player, right?
You saying "they choke more than the Eagles" just proves you know jack shit about football.
The Broncos had looked good the past couple of games, and Mike Shanahan has more wins than anyone in the past 10 years, which means he can still win without John Elway. Also aside from the 2 super bowl wins, he never could win the big game, so they needed each other to get over the hurdle and get a ring.
Also, it is Peyton's fault that Ty Law picked the ball off three times. They play aganist each other enough to know better than to do that. also he has other weapons on the team, and it is not like he does not have a good enough running back. If he wants to call the offense, and then he throws three picks it is his fault. No offensive coordinator in the league would have let him keep throwing the ball to that side of the field if they were not getting the seperation. Dallas Clark and Reggie Wayne were very good last year, so the argument that all they had was Harrison is weak.
And I stick by my statement in that the Colts have choked more than the Eagles. The Eagles play 6 games aganist bad teams a year so their record is overinflated. Not only that, but McNabb is always banged up when he gets to the postseason (unlike Peyton Manning and the Colts). This has been the first season, where he has not had to put the team on his back and carry them (except he is going to have to do just that, when the playoffs start).
Mora got fired because they would choke in the playoffs. Dungy has gotten them in a position to succeed, but when it comes right down to it, they are always going to be a great team that can't do anything in the playoffs. And it was not too long ago, that people were asking if Peyton was capable of even winning a playoff game, no one has ever said that about McNabb.
I also forgot McNABB NEVER ALLOWED HIS TEAM TO LOSE 41-0 TO THE

IN JETS IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS. not scoring a point with that offense is so shitty it is beyond unreal.
