Just to correct/clarify a couple of points of yours:
1. I purchased HDMI cables for $4 a piece. This is not a big deal. Check the tech sites and you will see there is no difference between that and a $60+ cable. Only reason a better cable matters is if your console is over 12 feet away.
5. A wireless routers provide excellent reliability. Especially for games. 45MB wifi is PLENTY for playing games. (IF games were streamed then it might be an issue. NOT the case here. Streaming movies over wifi is more taxing and even that I do with ease.) BTW, where most people place there router is contingent on their dsl/cable jack. NOT where you place your TV.
I don't care about the comparison but just get your facts straight. Especially technical ones.
Why do Sony fans always do this? I like how you use "if you shop around" only for things to strengthen your argument and you only show things that do not come with the 360. Where is the mention of no headset or HD cable for the PS3?
PS3
1. PS3 has 480i only capability out of the box...you have to buy a component or HDMI cable to get anything more.
2. CHECK (see No. 1)
3. See No. 1
4. But if it dies in the middle of a game you have to plug it in with the included 3' cable to continue

4. Out of the gate, comes with batteries...rechargable AA's are dirt cheap, plus easy to swap when your batteries die during a game
5. No need for wireless. Easy to place router behind TV. WIRED=MORE RELIABLE
6. 60GB is plenty for most, else buy an Elite

See what I did there? I gave a view from the other side.
Bottom line, these comparisons are tired. I have all 3 systems and each serves their own purpose (1 for gaming, 1 for blu rays (and baseball), 1 for the kids), but that's just me.
