Hello, I recently changed my email address on my real account ("daladezman"), since the old email address I had listed is no longer in existance. However, having done so, I never received an activation email on the new email address (yes, I have checked my spam folder), and now my account has limited usage. I am only allowed to view certain forums and I cannot contact anyone via PM. I have contacted customer service twice in order to ask for another activation email to be sent, but they have still not responded (it has been several days). I am beginning to get really frustrated, as I have, in a way, lost my feedback and will probably not be able to take part in trades until this problem is fixed. Any advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
P.S. I realize I am not supposed to make a separate account, but this is only temporary, and has been only so that I can look at the forums I want to and contact others about my situation. I plan on deleting this as soon as the situation is resolved.
