I. Love. Pokemon. Sure they pimp the franchise out to tons of crap. But the Game Boy games are nothing short of amazing. I cannot WAIT for the Red and Green remakes. This has got to be the most hyped I've been to buy a game I already have.
 
i support pokemon since i was in the 4th grade :) im 5 years ahead of that now. :D so im a 9th grader. i still love it, but to repetive. my gf likes it still. i wanna get every single pokemon game :D
 
I've only played one Pokemon game - Pokemon Snap - and I loved it (although it was short and easy there was something that had me hooked). I'm too afraid to play any other Pokemon's cuz I'll probably get hooked to them and have to buy them all...
 
I used to be obsessed wth everything pokemon in about 5th grade but then it became to kiddie and people would make fun of me and I gave up all the cards and all tht stuff. I did get pokemon ruby however because I still find the games very enjoyable.

I agree, Blue was great! It was actually the first one I played.
 
Yeah, pokemon has always been sweet. Never got into the TV show or the whole marketing campaign, but damned if I didn't collect the hell out of those little buggers. By the by is Pokemon Coliseum or whatever it is for the GC any good? I have always wanted a 3d Pokemon and I heard that there is a quest mode in it that is ok? Anyone got an opinion on this?
 
I had all the games up to the second Pokemon Pinball. Then I decided to only stick with the main series and the console adaptions (Stadium, etc), then I more recently decided that Fire and Leaf are gonna be the last ones I'll get (I like the first ones the best but I can't stand the outdated graphics so this'll be cool). I still love Pokemon, its just that I've decided I already have enough other games to look after.
 
I never got into pokemon, I played some of the games but I was never like a OMG pokemon fan. I wouldnt bash it thought because it is very successful.
 
I got hooked to Pokemon in the 6th grade. I had Red, Blue, Yellow, and Pokemon Pinball (GBC). After that, I hated the stuff that was added to the game.
I'll buy the remake just because of the the nostalgia and the wireless adapter, but the pokemon franchise lost it's interest ages ago.
