1. Street Fighter IV (One of the better fighting games I've played in a long time)
To be fair, though, I have a lot of great games (Mass Effect, Bioshock, The Orange Box, Grand Theft Auto IV, Rock Band 2, Crackdown, Tales of Vesperia) in my backlog, still sealed, that I haven’t got to playing yet, due to having a 1 year-old and being a neurotic game completist before I move on to the next game. I’m sure when I pick up Halo 3: ODST this September and Fallout 3 GoTY edition this October, they’ll both take spots in the top 10.

I would say I'd put Viva Pinata on my honorable mentions, that game really surprised me as being fun and enjoyable.
PDZ online is always fun and I love that you can throw in bots to fill the room until more people show. I think more online games need that feature.
As for Dead Rising, it was bundled with my system, I was excited to play it but man I hated their design flaws which just irritated me to not finish the game.

1. Mass Effect - Best console RPG I've ever played
2. Fallout 3 - Second best console RPG I've ever played
3. Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - Beat the main quest, barely scratched the surface of the expansion quests. Almost too much game.
4. Catan - Only game I play on a regular basis. Has excellent single player AI and thanks to the 1$ 1-month Live Gold promotion, I'm finally getting to play online.
5. Gears of War - Had lots of fun playing coop with my brother
6. Halo 3 - see above
7. Bioshock - Would be higher if I didn't find it so hard (still can't figure out how to take out Big Daddies)
8. Culdcept Saga - Culdcept was my favorite game on the PS2
9. Assassin's Creed - Picked it up on the cheap, I enjoyed this game far more than I expected; one of the few games I've beaten
10. Call of Duty 4 - Excellent shooter, though got stuck at one of the later missions

2) Mass Effect (I love me some alien secks. Plus, the story was fantastic)
3) Saints Row 2 (This game reminds me of why I thought the early 3D GTA games were fun)

While I like VF5, I prefer DOA 4 just because it is more fun to play. That's all that matters.
