I was there for XI and wasn't too impressed. It didn't give us hardly anything... and by judging how Home has been going, the new Xi will coin based or some crap and you'll have to purchase the coins. Either that or be a PSPlus member to play for free.

EU Home:

Home Square - PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Kiosk

Play and win the Beat Down game to get the Sticker Album active item (25 slots) as well as individual stickers that show up on your reward list, but are not actual Home items. They can be viewed using the Sticker Album.

It's an easy game to win, just select the highest value characteristic and most of the time you'll win the card. Once you have all 20 cards the game ends. I only played once and it gave me five stickers. There may be some additional reward if you collect all twenty stickers.

UPDATE: After playing three more times I won all 20 stickers and it gave me the Beat Down game (25 slot active item). However, it does not appear to be a multiplayer game, and beating the AI is ridiculously easy, and it didnt give anynadditional rewards, so not sure why anyone would want this. YMMV

BTW: I played a fifth time in the public space and no additional rewards.


Home Square - Hed Kandi Music Unlimited Kiosk

Click X when it says "Want to Party with Hed Kandi" and use the kiosk to relocate to the Hed Kandi Event Space to receive Hed Kandi Headphones (locomotion item, not a wardrobe item) and Hed Kandi Hotpants (female only obviously).

Once there, go to the Music Unlimited Kiosk and click X, and then click on Play. Do not exit until the reward message alert pops up. You'll get a complete Hed Kandi outfit (has special dance animations when standing still - like the Ford Snych outfits) as well as two active items: Hed Kandi Outdoor Fireworks and Indoor Fireworks.

The headphones locomotion item when activated will make your avatar (when standing still) do a dance move similar to the one the Hed Kandi outfit does.

The fireworks look nice, but... The indoor one takes up a whopping 32 slots, and the outdoor one takes up 35 slots! Also, the display only lasts a few seconds and doesn't repeat, so you have to keep clicking play each time.

Aurora Trap-o-Matic has two new rewards, and you get XP with each trap (amount of XP is based on the rarity of the item you caught, or random amount if nothing was caught). The golden ninja outfit is worth 300 XP.

One of the new rewards is the Skateboard (comic) [locomotion] the other is the Hover Chair [chair item - 1 slot].

I know this is kinda old and outta place but does anyone have pics of Assassin's Creed 2 Female Ezio Bundle ? I can see a 3D view of the Altair one but not Ezio and was wondering if its cool?

The original Xi was free, as Sony funded the game to help introduce people to PlayStation Home. Xi: Continuum is a commercial game, and we need to make our money back in order to keep building Xi and expanding the game in the future! After an introduction to the world, players will need to pay around £5.99 ($7.99/€6.99) for an agent pack (final pricing TBC).
This pack will give players:

Access to the whole of Xi: Continuum. Experience and be part of the first chapter of an evolving story.
The massive 'Vertigo' apartment. Additional areas unlock as rewards as you progress.
Flying robot companion
10 in-game associates to fight for you in single and multiplayer combat games
Teleporter active item; jump into Continuum from any personal space
Players won't need to spend any more money to play through Xi: Continuum, although there will be additional merchandise available if you want it.

Just a warning though, there is a problem with the EU code, but they have been informed so a fix is likely in the works.

Which space is this? I tried both the one by Tecmo (old English tavern space) as well as the Sony Kingdom one that has the blessing game with the famous JP TV show guy with the crown, and didn't receive anything.

These have all been in the EU stores and free for over three years... I think Sony has stopped careing about how Home is managed. Just think about the past few months of new content. Less than 10% of the content is from Sony, and over the last few weeks they have barely released anything at all.

Heck, they only have one person doing all the tech support for NA Home. It's a joke.

The only thing keeping Home fresh and new are the many 3rd party developers. If they give up on Home as well, the service will surely die.
 
EU:

In the Diesel Museum there are 5 won rewards.
There are 4 paintings - Diesel Exhibits 1,2,3,4 respectively,
and they seem to be wallhangings.
You obtain them by lining up the viewpoint of floating objects to complete the final picture on canvas in the museum portion.

Follow the glowing doorway to the Diesel Gallery, and choose to view a poster in fullscreen for the 5th reward 'Diesel Personal Art Installation'.

what i did was clear cache but didn't work so i restarted the ps3 and loaded home and got it.

It was a tricky one for me to get, took like 6 visits to the Hub, logged out then got it upon logging back in. :) keep at it, the system can be a pain, but its there all week at least :)

Enter The Pet Shop space to receive the Gold Fish [Appliance] reward. Keep in mind this small fish bowl is an active item that takes up a whopping 18 slots... ouch.

However, there are some nice rewards you can unlock with this tank. To check the rewards and learn how to unlock them, place it in one of your spaces and activate it. Then click on the Rewards icon and as you scroll through them, it will say how to unlock each one.

Most of the rewards are based on stats... To check your progress click on the Other icon and select Stats.

I know I'm gonna look stupid for asking about this, but here it goes....
I've redeemed the code, but I don't know what I need to do after that. I didn't see anything pop up on my rewards, or any new items in my wardrobe, etc. Is there something else I have to do after redeeming one of these codes to get the item?

Its a active item you place in your apartment and wouldn't be on your reward list but on your purchase list.
 
EU & HK Home: Lots of free rewards when you enter Home Square - over thirty including:

Santa's Sleigh [LMO]
Ice Skating [LMO]
Christmas Elf [Companion]
Candy Cane - Full Body Suit [Outfit]
And a bunch of Christmas wardrobe and furnishings (most from past Christmas events)

Also, to get the 4th Anniversary shirt, activate the quest on the Activity Board, and wait in the Home Square until you get the quest message alert. (Took about 5 min)

It's not the most interesting anniversary T shirt, but its certainly better and more meaningful than that picture frame we got in NA... Still scratching my head trying to understand what that fram has anything to do with Homes Anniversary? I Almost get the felling it was just a last minute thought from GlassWalls, like they had totally forgotten about the anniversary. Things at NA Home management seem to be getting worse.

I think you may get this from any Digital Leisure space as i received the "Goldfish Bowl" active item reward when I visited the Casino space.

Goldfish Bowl - Active Item which holds up to 3 fish and 3 decorations.

EU:
As indicated in previous posts, roughly 32 Holiday related items are rewarded upon entering Home Square in EU. Lockwood HQ rewards the same ornament as in NA, and is obtained the same way, by walking between the Auction Kiosk and the Glass as D-Nitrate indicated in his post.

The message of the day indicates something "special" in estates to celebrate Homes 4th Anniversary... all I was able to find was Old Central Plaza as a personal space, but it was for sale, not free. I am unsure if that's what it was referring to.

Note: The Goldfish Tank did not reward in the casino as it did in NA, as i checked to see j.i.c.

Holiday rewards upon arriving in Home square here also.

Free Merry Christmas Frame is now available on the NA server.
