so u can only play the psp games on the ps3 if u have a psp??? or can i buy the psp game and just play it on the ps3
You can hook up a PSPGo to a PS3 controller and a TV/Monitor, which is one of the only cool things about the PSPGo.

You also need a ps3 to bind the go to the controller.

you just need a PS3 DS3 - Bluetooth baby!!

You have to hook up the DS3 and the PSPGo via USB cable to the PS3 to initialize everything. Don't ask me why, but you do.

I don't know if there will be more sales like this soon. I wasn't here last X-mas, but it seems every digital outlet is having a sale of some sort, which is nice, but I think it's just in the holiday spirit..

also, anyone else able to connect to Sega Rally Revo MP? I wonder if the servers are offline. I got it b/c IGN said it was well worth it and it is pretty good. Better than the console version indeed.

I am eyeing the Bomberman Ultra for purchase. Can someone who played this game offer some feedback as to how this game is and how the online multi-player is? I heard the multi-player is kinda wonky with some slow downs. Is there a patch released to address that, if such a problem does exist in the first place?

thanks for any help. :)

Bomberman is excellent-- worth the purchase
I got bomberman too, hit me up when you need to do the allgrrl or allcowboy costume trophies
I'll do them now.

I think I'll pick up Topatoi and am mildly interested in Bomberman Ultra but already have Live on 360 and know a new one is coming out soon so I'd rather spend the money on that. It's definitely worth a purchase for fans of the series.

I would highly recommend Bomberman for that price. I'm going to pick it up here later this week. The demo was very enjoyable and I love the custimazation feature for the characters.

The customization makes it worth the price easily. I mean it's Bomberman as usual, but now you can be a pirate bomberman :p. Or whatever. Just makes it that much cuter/cooler.

Thanks for your input everyone! I read some good reviews online in the meanwhile, so I'll be picking that game tomorrow for download.

It looks like Amazon price matched Worms but I can't seem to find the other games. If anyone finds them post them so I can add them to the OP. Thanks.

Purchase Battlefield 1943 for 10 bucks from PSN.
I have to admit, the download was such a breeze{Only 500 some Mega Bytes, not even 1 GB}, but the game, let me tell you, the game looks AMAZING! And The game play is even more better! You just pick up and go play online with a breeze. Definetly worth the 10 dollars!

That's a great deal on Burnout Paradise, I'd be all over that if I didn't already have everything except the party mode. Easily one of the best values this generation even before you get to the paid DLC.

wow, cag left me hanging on my worms for Ps3 question on page2.. Noone has played this on PS3? everyone chats up bomberman but not worms. May have to hold off til its $5 to take a chance on it.

How good is that deal on Burnout Paradise PS3 guys?

So far, i've purchased Gunstar Heroes and Bomberman Ultra-- great games.
Still looking into VC dlcs, Burn Zombie Burn, Burnout Paradise PS3 deal

Burnout Paradise has so much to do it's absolutely ridiculous. Considering how much all the DLC initially cost, getting the super-pack thingey is a no-brainer. The online play might be a little bit lighter than in used to be, but it's just plain hella fun regardless.

It's very enjoyable and feels epically nostalgic due to my many days of playing it on the psone. Although my only gripe is that I've been trying to get the darned grenade trophy for awhile so if you get it and send me a message on the psn and we can both work together to get the trophy.

I would say get it or die for $5-10 (I paid $10 for it btw and I still play every now and then when I have a few minutes to spare)

It has the great worms game play and graphics that we know and enjoy. The online is smooth and the single player campaign is fun and challenging. It doesn't reinvent the wheel just provides SOLID as a rock game play. It's definitely the worms game to give your exploding sheep or kamikaze fix!

I feel like I've gotten my money's worth at ten dollars.

According to a post I read earlier, the only paid add-on this really comes with is the Party Pack add-on which apparently isn't all that great. Anyone else heard of anything different?

You're correct. It's basically a bundle for those of us who don't own Burnout Paradise.

Here's what I found at Playstation's website for the PSN:

Burnout™ Paradise The Ultimate Bundle

Burnout™ Paradise The Ultimate Bundle - Get the full version of Burnout Paradise - 2008's Racing Game of the Year - and get the brand new Pass the Pad Party Pack as well.
Paradise City is the ultimate driving playground, set in a vast open-world, filled with gameplay that will push your driving and riding skills to the limit.

It's got the cagney pack too (bikes) and the update features(like restarting midrace). I don't think Amazon carries Battlefield.

Just to solve this riddle.. you need to hook it up directly because essentially they are pairing the devices to each other through usb(faster) versus actually pairing themselves through the wireless bluetooth connection(more tedious to do).

once the devices are paired they are ready to be used together.

/Closed lol

I thought the Socom DLC was on sale this week but it was $14.99 when I logged in on Wednesday. So I changed my mind. Game suckzballzanyways.

How much is the Pass the Pad Party Pack alone?

The party pack is pretty lame, if I wasn't a part of a burnout gameshare group I would have skipped it. It does have some trophies though.

Yeah it is pretty lame. Just same console multiplayer. pass the same controller after your turn multiplayer. but still pretty fun at a party if everyone knows how to play a bit. I got the pack at $30 and there is sooooooo much to do. I was hoping they would have a big surf island sale soon though.

Same here. I'm in for $8.99 or less, and would even consider $9.99 versus the $12.99 they continue to sell it for. I just can't justify paying $12.99 for what amounts to 3-4 hours of gameplay. And before you say "But the game is only $19.99 now", I was one of the people who bought it for $39.99 or more (I don't recall if I paid $39.99 on sale or $49.99- that was the launch price, not $59.99 like most games).

It was an introductory price of $9.99 for 3 days. It went up to $14.99 after last Sunday.

Picked up the VC DC, BZB, thinking of getting Bomberman and Zombie Tycoon. Is bomberman good for ps3? Still having fun with the wii version. And is Zombie Tycoon one of the minis that works on a PS3?

Got Burnout paradise , Bomberman ultra and battlefield 1943.
Thought about getting Simcity 2000 for the wife but I don't know if it's worth $5.99:)

Yes, Zombie Tycoon is a mini. However, it's not nearly as fan as the name would imply. I'd avoid it, even at $4.99.
