It was my idea. It's been in the back of my mind for a while but figured I'd float it over to you since you used to do a really really really really nerdy one back in the day.

I've actually never done a podcast though. Seems scary.

(and yeah, that Simpsons scene was exactly what I was going for. Good job. But this was also my inner monologue when deciding to buy the place. Going back and forth because $201 is a shit-ton of money but they do do a lot of stuff that I like. Also helped that my twinhome was about $30K cheaper than most decent houses in the same area so I could afford to put 20% down on the place which was my goal. But yeah, that $201 is really gonna sting when I don't have a mortgage any more and I'll start questioning why the fuck I'm paying it. For now I just consider it part of the mortgage.)

People that grew up nowhere near or have never traveled into the south. Agree on the second part, but you should have said anything that is bad for you (butter, cheese, or salt).

Does $200 include insurance, water and trash pickup? If so, that's not as bad as it could be.

I'll admit I haven't played much of either, but I think I'm having more fun with the online racing in Watch_Dogs than in GTA 5. Well the circuit races are the same standard bullshit, but the A to B races had jumps and forks and shortcuts all over the place.

Also, I know it's not required for any trophy, but is Online Decryption mode like TDM or something? Might try it out after these races.

I live in the North East and still find it weird. I'm a diner buff though and they're always on the menu so maybe that attributes to it. Can pick them up in any grocery store though.
