Pete that makes no sense. Anything I order this weekend wouldn't ship until Monday. So by your rule that would mean anything I order this weekend wouldn't be tax free.

Didn't say it made sense, but it's hit a lot of people. People even asked customer service ahead of time and they said it wouldn't affect them but sure enough it did. Maybe they have it worked out better for tax free holidays. Maybe it only affected preorders. I dunno. Just trying to help. Butthead.

but i was just saying this is the first time that video has been seen. Might have been answered already but it's the difference between ordering a product that's in stock and pre-ordering. If you pre-order, you don't get charged until it ships. If you order something that's in stock, you're getting charged immediately. At least, I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

If I pre-order and use Amazon credit, I get charged right away since the amount is deducted from my balance immediately.
