watch dogs has a terrible map. 827 different icons, and you can't turn any of them off. missing 2 city hotspots, and i'm sure they're being blocked by some other icon.

There's a gas station right down the street on the corner of a busy intersection that gets pretty backed up on the way home. Here's a map view so you can see the layout:

As you can see, the road that runs along the North of the gas station does not allow left exits; if you want to head West leaving the gas station (left in the map) you have to exit left to the road on the right, cross two lanes of south-bound traffic, then turn left at the light. It's a really poor layout.

So what happens every afternoon at 5pm is that everybody leaves work and that left light gets backed up for 2-3 lights worth of cars. Despite the overall same group of people having to leave work every day, a bunch of retards will pile into that gas station. It'll be absolutely full at 5pm, and then they'll all be trying to exit it to turn left and head East even though there are constantly people going South on Belvedere drive and the North-bound lanes are packed.

It never fails; some stupid fuck will stop in the North-bound road to let the idiots who got gas at 5PM out into the intersection, completely fucking everybody behind him so we have to wait another light or two. And every day I'll be wishing literal death upon these people, cussing them out from my car and mentally picturing them pulling into the nearby golf course and committing suicide in an out-of-the-way location where they won't both anybody that matters.

What do Wombat and Shipwreck do for a living?  Seems like they're both regularly going on vacations, or shopping and stuff in the middle of the day.  Shipwreck just posted that he's going to ride roller coasters at some amusement park.  At 11:30am on a Wednesday.

What fantasy world do these guys live in?

I believe there is an hour in between allowed updates. I have forced an update several times in the same day. Sometimes told I need to wait sometime before I can update again.

Depends if I am actively using it or not. I turn it off if I am not. I put it in standby if I am playing a game or will want to remote play later with my Vita.

Nice. It occurred to me that I'll want to have the PS4 in standby for RP once I pick one up, but that some devices pull tons of power on standby. I just checked and the PS4 doesn't have much of a standby power draw; should be

My PS4 has been turned off (not standby) for the last two weeks. No games.

That said, I'm playing my PS3 a lot. That thing came back with a vengeance, I tell you.

They...do CAGCast...wtf kind of stupid question was that? Podcasts are money makers. That's why I was trying to start one here.

Also a money maker: having a donate button on your twitch channel.

Tyler, if you stick with me you could be riding roller coasters every day of the week, bud. And we'd have enough dough to buy any JRPG we wanted!
 
Does CAG/CAGcast really make that much money though? We're talking about 3 full families with Dads that have no day job, and seem to live much better than your average working man does.

I actually know that Wombat works for a Gay/Lesbian PR firm that is probably a non-profit in NYC.  But I still don't get how he gets so much time off and everything.

No fuck ing clue where Shipwreck works or where he gets all the money he has for stupid toys/cards/games/etc.

I doubt Shipwreck or Wombat see much money coming in from CAG.

Wombat and Shipwreck have full-time jobs. Shipwreck works on helicopters and Wombat is in sales. Unless these last few posts should have all been in yellow font (that has since been banned) than nevermind. Cheapy is the only one making bank off our clicks to retailers.

Pretty good. The controls are kind of weird, you have to hold down a button and cycle through a menue to interact with different things in the environment. The stealth isn't too strict though, you can just move right past guys even if you're really close if you move slowly enough and there isn't a lot of light.

Most small non profits don't make a ton of money. So they're probably like hey don't work next week so we don't have to pay you. A chick in one of my classes for my mpa was at a job like that.

I believe Wombat is in marketing and Shipwreck is an engineer. Wombat used to be in radio marketing and a user of the site and for some reason they decided to do a podcast. Shipwreck then started his own podcast with his wife to highlight VG new releases and was hosted on the site, but then she got too busy so he just kinda merged into the CAGcast. Those two just do the CAGcast as I understand it and I think get a share of the show advertising income (like when people use a CAG coupon code at godaddy to register a domain which is advertised on the show). Cheapy's the only one without a day job.

 
Imagine if some online bought a PS4 for under $300? That'd be crazy. Cheapy would be pissed they weren't buying new though. Someone should have posted a link to the Destiny bundle so I could have got Cheapy someone dough.

You can still make any link an affiliate link if you do actually want to contribute to CAG.

And that's why they created new threads when all the new consoles came out even though they weren't deals and all full price. So that people would pre-order through the site.
