I thought that said Fix the Cat at first and I was thinking we were getting some weird animal surgery game. Either any, it's a fucking stupid game to bring to plus and I'm going to kill myself if it happens.

Doesn't matter anyway, since my PS4 is basically a Destiny/Minecraft box st this point.
Your autocorrect is truly entertaining. "Way" = "any" and "at" = "st".

After doing the raid, it could well become a Minecraft box. Unless you decide to grind out the other two characters.

We like local multiplayer so I'm intrigued by this Pix/Fix the Cat game. Though expectations are low since the local multi seems to be added on. For free I'll try it.

I will, because I want to get as many trophies as I can. Even if that flawless raider will be a plat buster, I'll be ok with the majority of the trophies.

I'm going to grind out some helium filaments to upgrade my armor as much as I can the next two days.

So Sony really thinks there are enough people out there that want a PSTV (not to be confused with PSNOT) to make it financially viable?  There are millions of people out there that want to play old PS and portable games on a not so portable TV?

It also works with PS Now. So you can play some PS3 games too. Doubt I would ever do that but being able to remote play games on my PS4 on a different TV might be handy at times. Still not convinced I will buy one but probably assuming it works well for most like this.

It doesn't cost much to bring it over here after it flopped in Japan. Hell, I'm not even sure if the Japanese version has any hardware differences. They could be shipping us overstock. :)

I think for $100 something that can play PS1, PSP, PSV, and PS4 games via RP is a pretty decent deal. I'll be surprised if they don't start pushing it harder as an RP device, honestly.

wonder how muramasa will look on the big screen, also how are they doing the touchscreen on killzone: merc?

Did anyone buy the PS3 digital version of Destiny?  It is a free upgrade to the PS4 version till early next year.  Can you play the same character on each system or does it some how convert it to PS4 or something stupid?  Seems like it would allow you to play the same game on either system.  Does it actually work that way?

I am pretty hooked on this game and think I might grab the season pass.   Was wondering if it made sense for me to trade my physical copy for $44 and just buy the PS3 Digital Guardian edition for $89.99 and do the free upgrade to PS4.  Verse keeping my physical copy and buying the PS4 Expansion pass for $34.99.  For $11 more if I could play it on both systems and not have to mess with a disc it is probably worth it to me.  I am getting $10 back from Best Buy in a couple of days on this anyway.

IIRC all the touchscreen functionality could be duplicated via controls.

You can move your characters from the PS3 version to PS4, yes. It's not cross-save, though, so it's a one-way-only kind of transfer.

Why can't people on the internet spell "definitely"? There's no "a" in it anywhere. It's not spelled "defiantly". 10/10 Therms.

Wasn't on my radar but looks pretty cool. It looks an awful lot like Assassin's Creed actually.
Pretty sure a lot of former Ubisoft Montreal developers are working on it. There were allegations that one of the heads actually stole animation tech from working on the AC games, though it's probably just recreating stuff in a way that you know how (thus the similarity).

If you're looking for vanguard marks, the best way is from the strike playlist if you're a high enough level to do the one where you get six per strike. If not, the best way would be public events on Earth. Running back and forth between a couple spots, you can get something like 16 an hour if you're lucky. Patrol missions give you vanguard rep, which is different, but still needed. Strikes and events give you rep too. The only patrol mission that's really worth the time is the one that looks like a star for killing a certain target.
Also easy to do the daily strike for 5 vanguard marks and if you can handle it, bump it up a notch and you get ascendant materials +1/2

also if you are trying for vanguard or faction rep, try to get a team of 3 on cosmo. We had all 3 of us doing patrols in different sections, doing public events in different sections and running the chest farming in rocketyard and the cave farming in mothlands (or something, i didnt do that cave much). We all were taking turns doing patrols and running laps and you get rep anytime your fireteam members finish a patrol. I'm still going for Vanguard level 3 trophy, but they were doing dead orbit and leveled it up asap. also you get materials/resources/public events/etc. Try to go for the easy patrols like kill enemies/kill enemies get their items, as others take more time. Peace all

anyone catch our show last night? also 1st place CoD DD Clanwar, wootwoot

Kind of what I thought. Not ideal but I could see this still being useful for me. I could start a new game on PS3 and play with a friend or nephew and not bother to import my character to/from PS4. My only concern would be Bungie screwing it up and overwriting my PS4 titan.

Real question is do I want to buy the season pass which I think I do.

Assassin's Creed: Unity DLC with 2.5D gameplay (apologies for the large images):

There's also an add-on for Unity proper, titled Dead Kings, that takes place after Unity.
That 2.5D game (which is a game, I dont' get why they would try and label it as DLC) could be really cool if done right.

Daily story mission? Yeah I've been doing that on the highest since I was about 22 or so. They're not hard if you bring the right gear and take your time.

I just upgraded all my armor to the point where I now need ascendant shards. I'm going to need about 70 total, and right now I have 5. My helmet is almost maxed though, so hopefully I get that done soon. I also hit 27 just upgrading with helium filaments. As Velo would say...woot.

No, we already got it free with Plus a long time ago, and I'm pretty sure all the DLC has been on sale too.

I don't think all the DLC has been on sale. I believe when BaS Episode 2 came out they put the other DLC on sale, but for all of em it was still more expensive than the season pass.

There's a rumored AC sale this week, so hopefully I can grab the DLC for all the games cheap. I plan on replaying the games on PS3 (1000/1000 on all of them on 360), and I never played the DLC for Revelations or III.

And while I didn't hate III like most people, I'm not looking forward to replaying it anytime soon. II, Brotherhood, and Revelations are all great, though.

Yeah I do remember that now. I have no idea what the prices were, I think that new one at the time was 14.99 or something and the old one was on sale for like $8. No idea what that cloud one was priced at.
