PSN Off-Topic - Happy Thanksgiving Chumps and Chumpettes!

Is there a way to listen to soundtracks from the PS Store on something besides a PS3/4 or Vita? Got the Futuridium OST and would prefer to listen to it from my giant phone instead of my giant Vita.
 
Matt, I don't know about you but I was seriously ready to flip on those kapers and IHaveGoodCredit dudes that joined us. The first one could not understand the concept of stay on the fucking pillar and don't move, and the second died 75% of the time he came out of the portal. Seriously fuck those dudes...I'm all for helping people but Jesus Christ don't be a fucking fucktard.

SD game, 6 carries. This game tonight, 12 carries. 20+ or you're not utilizing him like you should. I dont care how many "fantasy points" hes getting me.

Yeah i was just waiting on someone else lmao, i didnt wanna be the one to quit. But I mean Jesus...you seen how fast we demolished it the first time....swapping dudes makes all the difference. I called that credit dude out and hes just like "whatever bro, im doing just fine"....yeah, we only died like 40 times and still didnt beat it with you on our team.

I loved how you called him out the first time we all wiped and told him to stay in the pillar and shoot harpies and he said "If I'm not the one dying what difference does it make?" Well, moron, you have to kill dudes so your team doesn't get creamed when they walk through the portal.

There was seriously a time where I was like holy shit Snakey was a better option than these fuckers.

But I'm with you, I didn't want to be the one to say I was out first, but I was probably going to do it after another round. Pat first I thought if feel bad, but then realized I never have to play with them again, so I didn't care.
 
Making relatively slow but steady SoM progress--killed off the first 5 Warchiefs and got both the Divide & Conquer and Power Vacuum trophies easily enough. I imagine I might make even slower progress over the next few days thanks to Pix the Cat. :joystick:

 
Finished Kingdom Hearts 1 for the first time since it originally came out. I had a hard time going back to it after KH2. I much prefer the second one. Also, I highly doubt I will be going for the plat. Seems way too grindy for my tastes

You don't care about the fantasy points he's getting you? Then why mention him at all? You are all of a sudden concerned about the Seahawks run game, just cuz?

San Diego, the story was the defense not getting off the field. Hard to give your RB the ball when your offense is on the sideline.

Lynch had a huge game tonight, but you want to look at number of carries? Ok.

I realize you could give a rip about weeks 14 through the playoffs, but Seahawks want to lighten his load when possible and use other weapons. They need his legs fresh at the end of season and he has been dealing with back issues.

I was talking to SJD, not you, and we were talking about our matchup this week. Again, SJD and I. I'm certainly not concerned with the Seahawks at all. Or you, since you want to make it personal like a kid. Sounds to me like you take it way too seriously. We'll see who ends up where come end of the season.

 
So I played about an hour or so of Alien. So far I'm pretty impressed.

The atmosphere is really pretty incredible right off the bat, and on the whole the presentation is pretty astounding (there was a time I thought it had transitioned to FMV, it looked that good). I've yet to actually encounter the alien, but even still the game has already gotten a number of good jumps out of me. I don't know if anyone from Irrational actually worked on this, but it feels VERY Bioshock-esq with the way the world is designed, the looting system and audio diaries, and the general feel of unease seeping out of the world. The progression system also seems to have a bit of a Metroid-like design, as I keep running across doors that require me to have X tool before I can open them and unlock more parts of the map (which is practically screaming Metroid Prime to me).

Most of the complaints I've read have been for later parts of the game so we'll see if it holds up, but I'm quite surprised much I'm liking it so far. If you're a fan of Alien, Isolation feels pretty much exactly like you would expect a game set in the universe would (tense atmosphere, helpless character, and a constant threat of the unknown) and really seems like a love letter to everyone that's been burned by most every video game attached to the franchise in the past. Here's hoping it stays this good ^_^
 
Got my 5000th trophy.  It was for winning a car on Wheel of Fortune.  What a memorably trophy in a truly spectacular game.  I'll never forget this night!

EDIT: 500 games, 5000 trophies is actually pretty cool though.

Reported that poster who keeps comparing himself to religious and political figures. I couldn't take it anymore. How the fuck can you even compare yourself to that?! If I get banned now I know why.

I'm interested to hear more thoughts when you get further. I want this to be good, but I swear I almost fall asleep every time I try to watch a gameplay clip. Maybe its one of those games you have to play before you "get it".

I almost wrapped up Left Behind on survivor this morning. not too bad, glad I listened to you nerds. I think after a day removed from it I liked the last of us story, so having a bit more of it wasn't a bad thing.

the most valuable lesson I took away from it though is an affirmation that I want nothing to do with a survivor/grounded run on the main story. at least not right now. mad props to whoever mentioned that you doule aim your gun to walk as slowly as possible, that was awfully helpful.

Barring this week, Kelvin Benjamin is a monster. I like his play and how he's grown into being a #1 WR. Just has to fix those dumb drops. Fun fantasy week.

Man, this was really his worst week so far. Quite a few drops, and one where he didnt wanna take the hit so didnt go for the catch. But yeah, I'm super impressed with him as a rookie...or as a WR period, really. Shame we didnt get to see him play with Smitty.

 
You all were really boring overnight.  I usually get a few smirks out of whatever dumb shit you talk about but not today.  THANKS FOR NUTHIN!
