The new iron banner gear looked cool. And the shotgun. Didn't realize it wasn't supposed to be up but all that lag for 30 minutes had me wondering what was going on until I noticed the iron banner dude in the tower.
 
I was having luck playing Evolve on Sunday, but that was before AW was out and flooding the servers. Seems like all the platforms were having problems with this (but hey, it's an alpha) and PS4 just happened to get the worst of it.

It just seems like all the variety L4D had in regards to different zombie types, objectives, story progression have been replaced with each character having different abilities. Not sure if the trade off is worth it, and while there's still time, it feels half baked.

Maybe Dead Island is the L4D replacement I've been looking for.

 
I'm still a bit confused over why the Golds don't use bluetooth. PS3, PS4, and PSV all have BT. Since they went with some other wireless, the Golds can't be used wirelessly with the Vita. Just...why?  :shame:

Now that the official post on the official blog has made the games all official, can we all talk about how shocked we are that these predictions were wrong?

 
It should be well documented by now but Stick of Truth is amazing. All licensed games should be this good and you can tell how much input Stone and Parker put into it.

Having just played through it I really agree. A lot of fun and can be done within 10-15 hours easy. I look forward to going back for the plat in a few months when it goes sub $10
 
Wow. That Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark game that I bought from gamefly trades for $33.60 at best buy with the bonus. I was gonna open it, but fuck that I'ma just trade it in and get it later.

I third this opinion. Really enjoying it and all the little things they put in for fans. Makes me regret not watching it regularly for a long while. Humor, combat, feeling exactly like the show is all spot on.
 
Okay Vig, I don't want to spoil anything so some general hints:

-Start memorizing enemy patterns immediately. The thing that will kill you most is not being familiar with enemy movements and attacks

-Move almost constantly. Getting good at dodging is essential.

-Trading health away is not always a bad idea (This should become more clear as you play and experiment with different rooms and machines)

-Try to use resources wisely, especially keys.

-Don't focus on unlocking certain things (like characters) until you have fundamentals down. Most unlock require some skill and quite a bit of luck.

If you want more spoiler-y hints I can do that and put them in a spoiler tag

I hope not. I didn't see anything about it being a Christian company on their website so maybe they keep that out of it.

I went to this job fair and one of the companies presented said the word Christian like eight times in their five minute presentation. I passed.

 
Also if you don't mind having things spoiled, it's the kind of game that watching Let's Plays can help you a ton to pick up strategies. I've got a series started (though my commentary sucks) and I can recommend Northernlion's series as well

 
First Light and Swapper are dope.  Not sure if I'll play Injustice, maybe.  The online trophies don't seem too bad.

fucking people are seriously fucking retarded.

I'm sitting here on a call with a client, and some douchebag starts ringing the doorbell. This causes my dogs to start flipping the fuck out. So of course the client can hear my dogs flipping, I put her on mute while she's telling me a stupid story, and tell the dogs to shut up. The asshole outside keeps ringing the fucking bell. This goes on for a good five minutes. Since the guy isn't going away, I open the window and yell "Go away!" And he yells back "I have a package!" So I'm thinking maybe I have to sign for it, which is weird because I didn't order anything I'd have to sign for. I manage to get the client on hold while I "look into something" and go down to the guy. Just a regular package from Amazon. He just hands it to me and starts walking back to his truck. So I say why couldn't you leave this on the porch? "Oh I could have, but I knew you were home so I figured I'd give it to you."

If I don't answer the door after a fucking minute, then go the fuck away!
