Well 1. you kept talking about it (contest). 2. Tyler hated the game but gave it a fair shot and it swallowed him whole while he wasn't paying attention. He still hates it. Maybe. or not. The world may never know.

But seriously, all the rules are in the OP, just check there and everything should be clear enough. Basically just do the Daily Challenge every day for a week.

So Bungie removes loot caves because their vision for the game isn't to have players doing mindless, tedious tasks to get items.

But running in a big circle looking for chests/materials for upgrades in a mindless, tedious way is exactly what they had in mind? 

 
So, newbie question: what is ghosting and how do I not do it?

Everybody should play on the device they prefer, but currently only PS4 records/plays replays, puts your/views others ghost where they died. That stuff is coming to Vita and PS3, but not here yet.

I just died on 1-3 on the Daily Challenge run.  There's definitely dumb shit that can happen at any time in this game.  Like sticking a shopkeeper with a bomb then he chases you like a suicide bomber as you try and run away.

So you can start around 6:45, then play another daily run right after? Getting kind of a two-for-one? (yeah i know, not really two for one, but would probably be helpful to get two shots in a row at it instead of waiting til the next day)

Yeah you can. It won't be beneficial for you in any way other than getting 2 days worth or runs done at the same time.

Yes, and I believe it will let you complete your run even if it goes past 7 PM and submit when you are done. Having said that, I don't think I would chance it.

Local News should be as long as it needs to report actual news, then it should transition to a show in syndication or something.

They manufacture non-stories and report on the stupidest things imaginable.  There was just a story about a nerdy mormon kid who started a recycling company (called Recyclops, no doubt lifted straight from The Office) in Provo, and that he has started picking up recycling from local apartments.  That's not news.  That's nothing.

I've got to stop watching local news.  It drives me insane how stupid it is.
