At times like this I think it's best to bring in a neutral third party to weigh in on matters such as this... someone who's overrated yet full of integrity and a stand-up guy.

I'll save you the trouble of asking me to do it. Crunch's photo is obviously a poor photoshop project while Soph's is an actual pic of his TV in it's truest form.

TOPSIDE HAS SPOKEN!

Try not to beat yourself up too much Crunch.

As a wise man once said: "When you're right 52% of the time, you're wrong 48% of the time."

I'm enjoying Rogue quite a bit, but I have to say the 100% mission thing is pretty infuriating. It's stupid to have to completely replay an entire mission with no way to skip in-game cutscenes just to replay a small part of the mission. For example last night I had one task left to get 100%, which was to do an air assassination of a character. This was right after I got this rope gun thing that said it could be used for that. I climbed up into a tree, shot the rope gun at the character, and the character was pulled over to the tree and up into the air. Some nearby soldier shot me out of the tree and as I hit the ground the assassination cut scene triggered and I didn't get credit for the air assassination; there was no way to let myself get killed to try again and that was the very end of the mission, so now I have to replay the whole thing.  :wall:

I'm going to just keep playing through but will quit doing replays when this happens. When I'm done with the game otherwise if I don't have too many missions that aren't 100% I'll go back and redo them, but so far the way Rogue handles optional mission is too frustrating for replaying to be fun.

Palmer going down with the ACL hurt me. This 16 team shit is crazy. If we do this again it should probably be a 12 team where everyone actually participates.
12 or 14. We need to have a little skin in the game too..just keeps shit interesting.

That's pretty standard for AC games unfortunately and is why I still haven't 100%ed one yet. I plan on going back too eventually, but I also plan on beating the 500 or so games in my backlog with my 3-5 hours a week I spend gaming...Yea.

I've 100%ed all of them prior to IV. The most trouble I had in III (and it was infuriatingly hard) was the Privateer contract where you had to take out 3 ships, but to get 100% you had to expose their powder stores and then sink them with the swivel gun. I don't know how many times I screamed bullshit because I'd get two down that way, and then sink the third on accident by ramming it or some shit. I didn't get that done until I took a couple months off after I beat everything else in the game.

gohastings has a free shipping code, DANCE. mlb the show 13 is still $4 for a new copy on clearance. http://www.gohastings.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=9357588&sku=290302023&departmentName=GAME&productVariantId=11585206&quantity=1

they also have a 33% off used code, HAPPY. though the prices for ps4/vita looks pretty crappy. some ps3 games look alright.
Nice find, thanks! Their shipping is always a deal-killer, so having a cheap game plus free shipping from them is nice. I've been curious about The Show for a while anyway.

I am not sure it matters to many people, but I seem to recall someone mentioning the MLB 13 Vita servers being down.  If it does matter to those considering it, you might want to do some more research.

I have exercised all my "connections" with regard to the DC leaderboard issue. That is to say that I tweeted @mossmouth and @BlitWorks and I posted on the official forums' support message board with details of the issue.

I'm sure there's more to the story and while I am surprised at the judgment given our limited grasp of the facts from that article, I am not upset by it. A parent should pay for a child's tuition if there is any possibility for them to do so. My boys will never owe a dime for pursuing any level of education they want.
Apparently she also bought a new car and sued her parents to pay for that, too. Sounds like the grandparents are enabling bad behavior because of a grudge they hold against the daughter-in-law.

And what is it with girls in New Jersey? http://www.cbsnews.com/news/nj-teen-sues-parents-claims-they-kicked-her-out/

We will at some point but I still need Matt and Blue's scores, or to have them do a make up run or something. Pretty sure you were the highest scoring on day 3 of the novices. That day's scores will stand for sure.
How are we supposed to get their scores when even they can't see them, and how are they going to do a makeup run? That's not possible. We might have to trash both 11/13 and 11/14 unless the scores eventually show up.

Why am I not surprised we might have to trash the day with my best score?

IGN commentors are so fucking stupid.  IGN put up a review-in-progress (without a score) for Far Cry 4 since they haven't had a chance to play the competitive multiplayer yet.  All the commentors are bitching that it's a review in progress and they should just wait and put up the full review in a few days.

How is that beneficial to anyone?  The writer did a full write up of the single player campaign and had it ready to go for the review embargo.  Why would readers not want this info as soon as it can be published?  How is it hurting anyone for them to publish a portion of a review and not all of it?  Why would they want the full review to be withheld?

They're all just crying cuz there is no score at the bottom for them to bicker about and they may actually have to read something.  What a bunch of fucking idiots.

I don't see the logic behind trashing 20 out of 23 scores just because 3 didn't post. They can just do a new day's make up run. Not like matt is going to get a huge advantage from that. Maybe blue will get a slight advantage but it's not going to be game-changing. Who knows where Blab even is or if he even did his run for the day...

We'll vote on it or something if it actually comes to that and see what everyone wants to do.

Wasn't the problem for Matt that he couldn't see today's challenge score, but yesterday's was there? Like I did today's, but only see you and Tyler's weird scores. I think we could trust Matt and blue to screen there scores of they can see them, despite all the joking yesterday about photoshopping.

Not that I would mind losing either day since I shat the proverbial bed. Especially yesterday's.

According to what Matt said in Ugly stream chat last night, he can't see his score any more.
