Sonic sales too and Red Johnson Chronicles for $5. Will debate Payday again as well, probably grab Red Johnson.

EDIT: Wait, Red Johnson is point and click? I thought it was like a sidescroller of some kind. Nevermind on buying that.
 
didnt they have complete borderlands for under $10 for plus members a while back? and perhaps 3 or 4 other sales on it other times? if you don't have this game by now you obviously wouldn't even play it for free.

No it was $15. But ya, this game and it's DLC is always on sale on both XBLA and PSN.

I'd also think it's a prime candidate to go free for PS+ in the future.

Kind of sucks that Borderlands + DLC is $20.99 for PS+ when it was $14.99 before. At least I didn't miss out on that previous sale.
 
Well this update fucking sucks unless you're a Vita owner. In that case you get Gravity Rush, Metal Gear, and some cheap Escape Plan DLC.


Waaaah:
Borderlands GOTY is $19.99 on Amazon. Why the hell would anyone want to download that now? And Split Second is under $14. They really need to put up some better prices. Screw you if you're buying this stuff at those prices. Don't support that crap and they won't be able to do it.

I'd prefer to buy that then spend $21 for game +DLC.

Overall a pretty crappy week for sales especially. I bought Escape Plan DLC but I don't even have the main game due to the price. if the main game was on sale for $7.50 I would have bought it easily. Oh well I'll just wait. I wonder what took so long to update the store today/yesterday.
 
I like the sale this, but I am just going to buy Borderland with the DLC. I hope the dlc that is included with the digital version of Gravita Rush stays like that for a while. Got to finish some games before I can buy it.

Apparently the Borderlands and Split/Second deals are a part of an X-Play Best of E3 sale honoring titles that were nominated by X-Play from 2009 to 2011 for this and the next two weeks.

Wondering if anyone can answer this. I know there was a huge psp/vita capable update last week but, I got my Vita in March. At that time I loaded gta vice stories, assassins creed, killzone liberation and pursuit force onto my vita. All games have played fine since then. I had to re-download all to my ps3 and copy them over to Vita but they all work. I see at least GTA is still not on the Vita list so what's up with that? Do all digital PSP games work or did I just get lucky and manage to squeak by on a glitch or something? In March I do not think any of my psp games were listed as "VIta Compatible"

Well we pretty much know Motorstorm Apocalypse will be free somewhere down the line (UK just got it free), a discounted bundle of Hot Pursuit still won't be worth it at 40% off with all the add-on junk, they just might give 30% off to Journey ( worth $20 in my eyes tho) and we've already gotten free Infamous 2.

So yep, Rage it will be. :(

I don't get why RAGE got such a bad wrap. I played it on PC not console but, I thought it was a lot of fun. Just way too short for how large the file was. I think it was dx11 too but, I might be wrong. At the time I got a 560ti with a free steam copy of Arkham city and since that kept getting pushed back I needed something good to test out my new gpu.

I thought Rage was a lot of fun, but I didn't go in with any expectations.
 
Hmm...might get "Icon's 5-in-1 Minis Collection" for $4.99
It contains:

Family Games description seems different to the one compatible with Vita and this bundle doesn't say if it will work with Vita. I'm guessing it will work with PS3 and PSP.

Might get this Icon bundle and 5-in-1 Arcade Hits for $1.99 by Grip Digital.
 
$0.25 Escape Plan DLC until June 26th, after that date, it will change back to $5.

Might be a sign that the EU sale will be coming to the US as well.
 
Is there any place to buy a month of PS+ or a place to buy a cheap 3 month PS+. Anything besides the 17.99. I hardly play my ps3 but when I do I would like to have the free games to come back to later when I decide to get the one year PS+.
 
is there a way to check out psn codes to just see if they work? like on xbox you can enter a code just to see if it'll work and then cancel so it'll still work later if you give it someone else

yes, go to redeem code, you can find this option on either account settings or in the PSN store in the right upper corner, input the code and it will tel you what the code if for, after that it will ask you if you want to continue with the transaction, just cancel it if you don't want to redeem it and that's it

+1 on Rage. The races were the most fun. I wish there were more of them. Missions were also varied and fun, if linear.
