The last time that Q-Games ran the PixelJunk Planetary Megasale, these were the prices for those games:

  • PixelJunk 4am – PS3 Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk Eden – PS3 Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk Monsters – PS3 Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe – PSP Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe – PS Vita (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk Racers: 2nd Lap – PS3 Game (now: $3.49 original price: $6.99)
  • PixelJunk Shooter – PS3 Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk Shooter 2 – PS3 Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
  • PixelJunk SideScroller – PS3 Game (now: $4.99 original price: $9.99)
Though they've also had a $1 sale for most of the games, so there's no real guarantee for prices. I'd guess that the Call of Duty, PAX14, and PixelJunk sales will happen next week while the Flash Sale will occur tomorrow.

Sony has announced the PlayStation Network will be offline for scheduled maintenance on Monday between 9.40 PT / 12.40 ET / 17.40 GMT until 16.50 PT / 19.50 ET on Monday / 00.50 GMT on Tuesday August 26.  From IGN

But as long as you went online from August 20th and beyond, you'll still be able to play games online.  And if you are planning to buy a bunch of games that may or may not go on sale on Tuesday, I suggest you start adding funds to your account before Monday.

 
Time to bitch about this weeks sales.

Half of the games in that flash sale, have been plus games for like 2-3 months, or in a sale every other week.

Is there anybody that didn't buy persona 4 golden that wants it? Because it's at 20 bucks more than it is at regular price. 

Why does Sony put Dragons Crown on sale, 20 bucks each, when you could get 3 months of ps plus and get both versions with no extra charge for cheaper than just buying the ps3 version?

Atlus decides what to price their games at and when to put them on sale, not Sony. I believe this is the cheapest Persona 4 Arena has been on sale for everyone, so this is about as good of a way to get through the story mode before the sequel is out in another month or so.

The Flash Sale is for everybody, so those without PS+ probably don't already have those games.

Is there a way to buy the Vita game SF x Tekken if I already 'purchased' it when it was free with PS+?  I don't plan to continue the subscription and like to own my games, digital or otherwise.

Rumor says you can call up CS and get them to help. I tried it and it didn't work, and I haven't actually heard of anyone having a successful go at it, I've just heard people telling the people who failed that they have to keep trying.

this is why i hate PS+. If you've already claimed the game from your subscription, there's no way to buy it unless your subscription lapses. I was told the technical team of the PS Store could remove the license if you hassle them enough. It's a stupid system that will likely never get resolved.

I've called to have timed trials removed and to get rid of things I'd added to DL list through PS Plus. They definitely have the ability to remove stuff from your list.
 
Sale is super weak. I might have been interested in that Wonderbook game but you need another peripheral in addition to the Move set. Pass.

If Transistor gets a hefty discount I highly recommend it. Probably in my top 3 for the year so far. Even got the platinum and y'all know I do that often.

Don't forget that the God of War Collection is Cross Buy, so you get both versions for $9.99 for a total of four platinums to earn. The Sly Collection isn't Cross Buy.

 
Called CS, got Sly 1 for PS3 removed from my list since it was blocking purchase of the collection. Easy peesy. I don't know why people are Gavin a hard time with this

I beat all three on PS3 (disc format) and sold off my physical copy but downloaded them again for Vita because I enjoyed them that much.
