What's interesting is you apparently don't need a PS4 to redeem the code, so you could buy a game now, play the PS3 version and redeem the code, and then when you get a PS4 just insert the disc and receive your copy. I'm not sure how many people are going to use this, but it's interesting nonetheless (kinda makes me want to buy Watch_Dogs early too).

I'm just going to wait until the PS4 version is cheap. Watch Dogs is a Ubisoft game so it'll drop fast.

I don't think any digital versions come with the patches pre-installed when you get them from the PSN store.
That's actually not true. Since I've had to redownload all of my games recently with my new HDD, I noticed some games are now a later version of the game and not the typical launch 1.00 version since I didn't have to update them when I first started them up. Pain is one of them that is now at 6.10 when downloaded. I don't know if there's any rhyme or reason to which games do this, but I'm sure it's a developer-controlled thing.

Hmmm, very interesting indeed. I was kinda pissed off when I downloaded Payday on my 2nd PS3, only to find out I needed the huge patch downloaded again. At least it's not a flat out no patched games situation.

I don't think the second analog can be used. At least i sure didn't do anything for me with that game. What sucks is that the stick is there and so I naturally keep trying to look around with it. It's frustrating.
For PSP games, you have to manually configure the camera to work with the right analog stick. Did you mean that the game doesn't allow this for some reason? It should since it's native to the Vita. I forget how you bring up the menu. I think you have to hold the touchscreen for a few seconds.

It doesn't work for GTA LCS since it uses the L shoulder button + analog nub for camera control, which isn't one of the support remapping options for the PSP emulator on Vita.

Oh cool, I missed out on the PSP version of Tokobot.  Might get the PS2 version.

Wish the mystery PS2 game was an import.  I want the European exclusive: "Glass Rose."

Is Lone Survivor Director's Cut going to have a PS+ discount at release? In any case the game looks cool. If it's $10 or less I'll get it, because that's about what I have in my PSN account.

I've been hearing about this game coming to PSN for awhile now. I understand it's a 2D survival horror game- has anyone here played it? Is it worth my precious PSN wallet money?
It's just an adventure game, right? I mean, there's not shooting or running or jumping or killing is there?

The premise of Lone Survivor is an apocalyptic, infectious event has occurred and turned a % of the population into crazed, aggressive mutants who have wiped out most of the other %. You play a survivor who has been alone for so long that you have started to go a little crazy (lots of hallucinations, geography of the world shifts, two-way conversations with inanimate objects, etc.). You have to find food, avoid / kill the mutants (you have limited ammunition), and explore in order to survive. Even with the fairly simple, 16-bit-esque graphics it is still fairly creepy. It's played from the sideways perspective (like a 2d platformer).

So I've been searching for a while and I haven't found an answer yet.  I don't have a PS3, but may get one in the future.  If I subscribe to PS+ is it possible to get the games from the online store? Or can that only be done on a PS3 system? Do the same rules apply to the VITA?  I only have a PSP.

You can get all the games from the online store. Easiest way for me is to use the links in the OP. If your PS+ the purchase price will be listed as $0.00 when you checkout. You can double check to see that it worked by looking at your download list. If the game shows up on that list then you're good to go. This also works for any VITA games. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, that's exactly what I needed to know. Might be time to get a PS+ sub now.

Does this properly address the issue since redrazorback has no PS3 or Vita? I thought PS Plus could only be setup on a console. If so, does the PSP allow it since that's all he/she has?

Lone Survivor - I'm a little scared by the user review mentions on Metacritic of the game requiring you to eat every 5 minutes to prevent it from constantly popping up messages telling you to eat. Still, intrigued, but I do hope there's a demo so I can see what that's like.

http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/lone-survivor

It does have a good rating there, even among user reviews, though.

As far as I know you actually can't redeem PS+ codes online. You definitely couldn't last time I tried, which was admittedly several months ago.
my mistake then! i haven't redeemed anything on console in so long, maybe i did it on my vita. i should keep my mouth shut unless I'm sure!

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/09/20/lone-survivor-the-directors-cut-on-ps3-and-ps-vita-release-date-announced/

For the PlayStation version, we started with simple upgrades, like adding touch support on Vita and improving the lighting system… and things spiralled from there! We’ve added over twenty new items, new endings, and new game locations. All of them have been designed by Jasper, and all of them are made to expand on the original game seamlessly.

Lone Survivor will be a Cross Buy and Cross Save title, and PlayStation Plus subscribers can look forward to a launch discount when the game makes its PlayStation debut this Tuesday.
http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/09/20/ibb-obb-updated-enhanced-features-and-performance/

It’s been about a month since we launched Ibb & Obb, our two-player, cooperative puzzle platformer.

Since the launch, we’ve been working on a patch to fix some bugs that players found, but also to add some features based on the feedback we got.

The most requested feature was to have indicators showing where players are when they fly off screen. Those are now in, along with d-pad support for those of you who prefer that to the analog stick. Also, we managed to improve general performance quite a bit — now everything runs at 60 FPS in full HD, with anti aliasing on.

Actually, it does work for GTA Liberty City Stories. Hold down the PS button, bring up the settings menu, select the icon for the right stick and that's it. I've been playing the game that way for a few minutes, and it's a lot more comfortable than using L button to center the camera. Now, we just need a Vita-exclusive GTA...
