I pre-ordered the game today on Best Buy's website, and I had a code within 2 minutes of completing the order. Granted it is a code you need to input on Square's site for The Avengers which then generates a Beta code, but the whole process took me 5 minutes.

their filters were always terrible. Lets see, go to all game discounts... Filter by content type. apparently there are 356 themes and 26 avatars but only 1 game.

its so much fun scrolling through all those themes...
