Ah thanks for that! I need all of the Gravity Rush dlc. That'll take $12 out of my $30 I have left to spend.

I actually just bought all three Gravity Rush DLCs as well. I loved the game and want to 100% it again. Ran through two of them already. I think they are worth $3.99 each.

I'll probably buy Isaac Clarke and Zeus next week as well for all stars then ill be about $5 shy from $50.

I just "beat" the game, didn't explore anything but rang the last bell...pretty disappointing, I'm not sure if I'm missing something lol.

You missed the exploring. And all the wonderful, wonderful quests and items that you find while exploring. And many, many secret areas and the pleasure which comes from finding secrets in games.

I meant to say everything lol. I did like 1250 rooms by the end i believe.

I don't know, I don't really like open world type games, but something with this game resonated with me. I completed the map and even played the annoying ass mini chapters that you can unlock when you find all 60 save points.

Have you had any issues with your save file for Knytt Underground?

Got it for Vita, loved it, saved and quit... came back a couple of days later and it loads at the 'before' title screen navigation thing that you travel to get to the title screen and chapter select. No load option ever. Dropped to cloud save and it said there wasn't one to load there either.

Can anyone buy codes for UK PS+ from game.co.uk? If so they have a year for 20 Euro, so about $27 US.

If anyone can and can get me one PM me please. Will pay a few extra dollars.

Edit: If you don't know dont try to order it with a US address credit card because it wont go through (and your card may be frozen), and you can't use US paypal either.

I think there's a bug where if you start the game without wifi it doesn't create the save file properly or something. I've seen people post things about it but haven't seen anything too specific.

Nope, not my question, although it is pretty much the same thing (I'll give that person credit, they are less abrasive haha). My PSN name is my username here.

I don't know about everyone else, but for me the PS4 not having backwards compatibility is a good thing. I have such a large backlog I need to get through and if the next gen console is backwards compatible I usually tell myself I'll just sell my current one. That way I can keep working on backlog and get new gen games at the same time. Did the same thing with the PS3 and PS2

But now I finally have an excuse I can tell myself to save money and just sit and relax and play through all my games on my PS3 THEN one day get a PS4. Only thing I'll still buy new games for is my vita then!

EDIT: To put it in perspective I still have many PS1 and PS2 games to get through haha. That's how long my backlog has been generating!
snip
I have about 10 PSN games that I consistently play on a weekly to bi-weekly basis (things that score chase or are just fun to burn through, like Pac Man CE DX and Mega Man 9). In order for me to afford a PS4 at launch, whatever the price will be, I have to sell my PS3. If I have to also give up games that I'm already enjoying, then the PS4 becomes a lousy investment. I don't need an extrinsic moderator for my catalog. I need access to the content I've bought.
Also, unrelated and not overly important, but the new game Guacamelee! has a platinum trophy, which is nice. It is one of my most anticipated releases of the year.
Guacamelee! doesn't really look like my type of game. Although that's exactly what I said about Mutant Blobs Attack and then couldn't put it down.

I'm not saying it's a good decision for Sony to make haha. It just happens to be one in my favor and I'm certain a few others. Unfortunately, it's also a decision that will lose them many sales in my opinion, including yours.

I just personally like having more reasons or excuses not to buy new consoles because I've spent way too much money on games for older consoles I haven't even got to yet!
^Gotcha.

Anyone get a Playstation MVPs email?

Nice. I'm not a big trophy hunter but being a Metroidvania I'll probably spend a chunk of time on, I was hoping it wouldn't be the normal 12 trophies.
snip
I don't think it's going to lose me as a sale overall. I actually like Sony despite some of their bullshit (they just sent me a free $10 bucks to spend on PSN, how cool is that?). One day, I'll get a PS4, likely after the first price drop or redesign. I would imagine many people will do this. What they will lose out on are day 1 sales. I think lack of BC will only slow down adoption, not stop it.

Also makes it easier that many games in the first year or so will be simultaneously released on PS3 and PS4.

I like the snips haha. Yeah I hear you. I've been a Sony fan ever since PS1 and still am. And I'm glad you reminded me that games will come out for both PS3 and PS4 for awhile. That means I can still catch up on a few new games before my new game buying hiatus begins.

why be abrasive about something that not only do you not know the answer to, but may be completely out of their hands?

many people already buy the same games again and again (steam, ipad, psn/xbla) as it comes out on each system. or even when it's bc, they still buy the remade 'HD' version when it releases for ipad, ps3, etc.

while i'd love if we'd simply buy, say, PvZ and own it in perpetuity for all systems, ever... i also understand just because sony made both devices doesn't mean it's free for the developer to recreate a game for the new device.

don't get me wrong - i hope they sort out BC too. i had a BC PS3 for years and was very happy about it, even though in retrospect i'm not sure i played more than 1 or 2 ps2 games on it. but either way, there's no need to be 'abrasive' to game developers that likely have zero control over how this all sorts itself out in the end.
Great, that and the $10 promo snubs and people will be jumping off cliffs.
There's still hope for people on the $10 promo.

Mine only came in my email a couple of days ago.

Hmm no MVP invite for me, hopefully I get one in the future. I've pretty much bled Sony since the beginning. 3000 trophies isn't enough for the top 1% hahaha

True, but you are talking about different consoles. There are different standards when it's the same platform line. Maybe I need to buy a new PvZ for PC after I've bought on the iPhone. But, I don't have to buy a new PvZ when I go from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5.
Great, that and the $10 promo snubs and people will be jumping off cliffs.
Well, we can see who takes themselves far too seriously for their own good now.

I haven't gotten any of the $10 offers or the VIP thing.

The VIP thing makes sense since I don't really go for trophies but I'm curious as to what I missed the mark on the $10 stuff. No big whoop either way, just interested to know what the criteria is if any.

With iOS, you have to keep buying the new devices to keep playing the games you own. Not being one of those people, I've lost a few games to that fact because of updates or lack thereof that has caused me to lose games I thought I "owned".
I've got a feeling this MVP thing will take into account how active people are in the Sony community and the boards on their forums.
The whole "helping others" part would make sense if that were the case.

Rewarding active and positive behavior sounds like a great idea. The whole more trophies thing seems pretty dumb and serves to perpetuate playing games not because you enjoy them but because it has easy trophies to feed your OCD.

You always start on that screen, just walk to whatever chapter you're on and it'll load your file.

Yeah, I resigned myself awhile ago to them never giving us the ability to sort our downloads on PSN. It's not that I dislike the store, that's just such an obvious feature that it surprises me it hasn't been done yet. When my old system died, I decided that I would just create a spreadsheet so that I could sort it out however I wanted. Things like download number, name, type, currently downloaded, etc.

Some day I might even actually do that.

You sir would be a patient and hard working soul to do that lol. I salute you in your arduous task if you choose to undertake it. :applause:

Probably not shocking to anyone here, but I have a spreadsheet like that (all it lists is the name of the item and the download date though)

I don't even necessarily need the sorting function in the Download List. All I want is the ability to view more than 10 items at once on the SEN Media page. I have 87 pages worth of content there, so I guess that totals right around 870 total items. If their site would let me view 250 items at once, I could just use CTRL+F and find whatever I was looking for rather quickly.
Probably not shocking to anyone here, but I have a spreadsheet like that (all it lists is the name of the item and the download date though)

 at 87 pages. I've got nearly four times that, though I can mostly remember where the items I've gotten are at on the list going by the dates since I've gotten a good amount of my games at or around launch. It'll be nice when they overhaul the download list with more sorting options to save more time.

I've got an excel spreadsheet of every physical and digital game I own that I'm slowly transferring over from a local copy to Google Drive and doing fancy things I didn't think of before to make it work a lot more automatically than it did before.

Frisky can we have a peek of your spreadshot, or at least what details you got per game?
i used to have all my ps2 games documented. I did the same with my psn games last year but got busy/lost track.
iv been digging backloggery.com but havnt kept up to date too much.
I like to have my digital stuff written down so I at least remember what I own/ps+ rent/etc.
I wish Shipwreck shared more spreadshots of his like the games all 3 play all year.

im not MVP and im ok at trophies and community, psn spending, etc. im not butt hurt tho. Im playstation underground ;).
