Hey now, I'm one trophy away from platting GoW and spent all day yesterday and today playing Second Son. Half way through the evil campaign so will have played it twice in two days! My completion percentage is even nearing 21% after it had been dragged way back down randomly after I had gotten it to 20% even!

Then I'll be so burnt out on games that I'll have to go back to not playing anything for a month.

Terrible rental idea. Will take you longer to open the envelope, put it back in the envelope, and put it in the mailbox than it will for you to beat it. The actual transit time is thousands of times higher than the length of the game.

If you have a Vita, I'd highly recommend renting some games for it. They don't often get sales and the platform's status as a niche system means you get the games relatively quickly since no one checks them out.

I'd recommend Ragnarok Odyssey Ace - a Phantasy Star Online/Monster Hunter clone - since it's a marked improvement over the original version and is cross-compatible with the PS3 version, so online is always active. Or rent the PS3 version if you don't have a Vita.

So the wife's revenge for watching E3 at the theater was to drag me to see Maleficent. Maleficent was a much better story than Sleeping Beauty, but had some really serious issues with the execution of telling that story. So...meh.

I'm glad Disney is getting away from the whole true love bullshit lately, though.

BL2 GOTY is 2 discs this time so you would need the 2nd disc to install the dlc.

$40 around now is worth getting a year if you need it, but not so great you'd need to buy more than a year. unlikely to see a better price before black friday, and even that isn't guaranteed. I've gotten lucky and got a bunch of years at the 15 mistake and a couple more at 30 on BF... but it's totally worth $40 a year and it doesn't go on sale all that often. So... if I were you Id be happy getting it at 40 now.
