Sigh, I really wanted to plat The Old Blood but I just don't think it's going to happen. Have all the trophies but the ones for the challenges and even following guides I can't seem to get enough score to get the medals. Plus you have to watch the same, stupid loading movie each attempt. /wrists
Practice, practice, & practice. That's really all I can say. I felt the same way doing those last few.

Isn't the original version included in the Director's Cut?
Yes, it contains both Original and Arranged mode.

Though, let's not forget the new music! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kcF7E69C6Q
Ah I had no idea. Ages ago I had read someone complaining about the directors cut not being as good for some reason... glad I have more options. Thanks. This was the only regular RE game I needed to have the complete run from 1 through 6 on the PS3.

Spent six hours between last night and today on it and that's more than enough for me to have only cleared only the first one. I've done the second one so many times I can do it as perfectly as I can figure and still cap out about 4K short.

Yikes, you're at still at the beginning. Not sure what video you're using but this is the best one. His commentary throughout the entire video is very helpful, obviously the stuff won't happen exactly the same but it gives you a good idea.

I'm okay with the fact that Driveclub Bikes isn't included in the Season Pass. But it is weird that the Expansion is not available at a discount for those who own the physical disc. Looks like disc-owners have to buy the Standalone version.

Wow, the expansion has a plat. Yep definitely getting it. I loved Driveclub so this is a no brainer for me.

That's the one. I haven't spent 6 hours just on those two maps and have attempted them all multiple times at this point. First map I cleared second try and it was all downhill from there.

So is the "season" over? I don't like games that have a "season pass" and then sell something else during that time period that's not included. That's kind of like Disney World opening a new ride and telling me my season pass doesn't include that ride.

So is the "season" over? I don't like games that have a "season pass" and then sell something else during that time period that's not included. That's kind of like Disney World opening a new ride and telling me my season pass doesn't include that ride.
You're wrong with your complaint. They fully detailed the schedule for ALL of the content in the Season Pass and that ended in July 2015 with the extension of the SP after the botched launch, so this is well outside of the bounds of the season pass. Nobody should be expecting to get this $20 expansion with the now $13 season pass.

The game came out a year ago, so yeah, the season's over. They detailed the season pass content prior to the game's release so everyone knew what was included.

I'm a bit disappointed that there are no new tracks included with the Bike expansion, but the fact that the bikes handle so differently than the cars means that I'll have to relearn the current tracks anyway, so it's not a big deal.

I'm okay with the fact that Driveclub Bikes isn't included in the Season Pass. But it is weird that the Expansion is not available at a discount for those who own the physical disc. Looks like disc-owners have to buy the Standalone version.

Expansion: https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-us/games/addons/driveclub-bikes-expansion/cid=UP9000-CUSA00093_00-XXXXXXXXXDCBIKES

Standalone: https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-us/games/driveclub-bikes-standalone/cid=UP9000-CUSA00093_00-XXXXXXXXBIKESADD
Disc owners, WAIT! The devs just tweeted somebody explaining that if you own the disc, you will get the Expansion at a discount price. DO NOT buy the Standalone. Wait until the store error is fixed on the Expansion.

My complaint was only pending whether the Season Pass content had been fulfilled. I have no problem with additional content released afterward.

Just a reminder, Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles confirms that Leon and Claire were drunk off their asses during RE2. Video related: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wUng4g3ZvY&feature=youtu.be&t=436

(For those who don't watch the video, the camera drifts everywhere CONSTANTLY. It's not a particularly good light gun game on the merits but adding that garbage in, it's just awful. Umbrella Chronicles is at least playable with much less of that crap. But you already have Dead Space Extraction, TC:Razing Storm+Deadstorm Pirates+TC4, and HotD3 and 4 to shop for so if you NEED to justify owning that Move, you have far, FAR better options than RE:UC and DC. Sadly none of the good stuff is on sale...)

Maybe they are trying to make up tor the potentially 6 month wait between episodes 2 and 3?
Disappointed with Minecraft Episode 2, took me 57 min between the first and last trophy and that was with talking to everyone. Seems there's a branching path that requires a second play through to explore but still pretty disappointed.

Edit: and it seems that branching path has to be triggered in Episode One so I'll have to do a new playthrough and make different choices. Just starting Ep2 and letting the game auto generate choices puts me on the same path.

Wow...really? The RE Chronicles games are two of my favorite light gun games...have them on the Wii and the PS3. I think the camera drifts are meant to reflect your character's vision/movement...plus you can control it some yourself and scroll to find items. I think it actually adds to the game.

Btw, you forgot HotD Overkill...another one of the best on-rails shooters on the PS3...but also not on sale.

Our tastes are completely inverted, as I thought Overkill was mediocre and quite disappointing.

And, Umbrella Chronicles had some off screen scanning to collect goodies, controlled, probably DC too but I couldn't get far enough in that without throwing up. That's not what I'm talking about. Darkside Chronicles had absolutely ludicrous swaying bob in even normal situations, even when your characters were standing still and aiming at just one thing. There's just no excuse for the constant drunken swaying.

Nobody cares about Fatal Frame anymore, not even the publisher.
Such a damn shame Fatal Frame: MoBW is a :wiiu: exclusive. I will never play because it will never be cheap enough digitally.

Nintendo is so stupid for not giving it a physical release here but giving Devils Third one

Thinking about getting RE: Revelations 2 for some local co-op in/around Halloween night.

Is this the cheapest it has been? I assume it contains all of the Episodes and no new episodes are coming out. Anybody have any experience playing this game in local co-op?

So PSN has been downloading this 868mb patch for WWE 2k16 for nearly two hours. Slightly over halfway downloaded.

Anyone know how to fix these speeds? It's only on PSN.

Lol...I guess our tastes ARE kind of inverted... Actually, I thought the Time Crisis games were just average...and don't remember ever being bothered by any swaying in Darkside Chronicles (and I've played through it at least twice...not counting level replays and multiplayer). But hey...I guess we agree on DS Extraction, at least.

the only two games i want - blood omen and silent hill origins ... aren't compatible with vita . fun!
I think you can transfer them to the vita via ps3, though. I've at least heard of people doing that with SH Origins and playing it successfully.

It's the first sale on the whole season.

Actually I wouldn't hold it against you for saying TC was average. TC2 was the high point, in my opinion. All the weapon switching since then did was create pointless anxiety for ammo hoarding. If you ask me, the real jewel of the Razing Storm collection was Deadstorm Pirates. It's a simple but it is raucous fun. Razing Storm is also pretty nice for what it is but certainly not a classic.

Dead Space Extraction is phenomenal, as a movie-ish experience and pretty damn good as a game too, especially with the challenge rooms. I will never, EVER forget the next to last chapter. "Shake nunchuk for a melee attack."

There has not been a lightgun game in my opinion that beats Confidential Mission but HotD2 comes damn close.

Why is Zombie Apocalypse: Never Die Alone in the sale list despite being normal price? I wanted to get it for cheap, already own the original.

I can only speak for the PS3 version. I don't know how the PS4 version is. The split-screen in this game does that annoying thing where each half of the screen is only two-thirds so there's empty space.

Unlike most co-op games, the characters have different roles. First player, Claire and Barry Burton, play like any character in the previous RE games - they'll have the guns and will do the lion's share of the fighting. Second player controls Moira and Natalia, who don't really fight but can find hidden items. Moira uses a crowbar and flashlight to distract enemies. Natalia is a little girl who can see enemies through walls, and if I remember correctly, she can't actually die (in RE games, if any player dies, it's always game over), so that's handy if you're playing with someone who's not good at action games.

The campaign is local co-op only. There's a multiplayer mode called Raid Mode, which supports local and online co-op.
