It's somebody that buys games they want at the prices they're willing to spend. Anything else is a false definition.
I could give you that at a dollar discount but full MSRP is only an Ass Gamer.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2015/10/30/civilization-revolution-2-plus-comes-to-ps-vita-december-3rd/

Civilization Revolution 2 Plus is coming to Vita on 12/3. That would be a good date for it to be a Vita PS+ for December.

That would be amazing.

Yeah right Sony! Then tell me why Gravity Rush 2 is a PS4 exclusive!

If it's as good as the first Civ Rev, this would be a digital title worth me paying $60 for. (Though, of course I wont have to.)

I have a feeling you can already find out exactly what this game is by downloading the iPhone app. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but i'm guessing it's just a straight port. I believe I've seen the iPhone game described as an enhancement of the first game rather than an actual sequel. Still not bad for a Vita game in my opinion. Would be phenomenal as a PS Plus freebie.

Dont have an iphone/pad/pod (well, my ipod is a gen2, might as well not exist). I'll just wait.

Telltale The Walking Dead Season 2 and Magika 2 confirmed

I have not played season 2 yet so that is good, but I played season 1 on pc. Looks like choices carry over, but they seem to be minor differences in playthrough so just starting it with the random choices seems fine. Also, fu telltale for no platinum. Not that it really matters, but why have one for season 1 and then not for season 2.

Still nothing on PS3/Vita games though, huh?

This seems to be the trend where someone at Sony says something honest about them being done supporting the Vita and the internet gets mad and they feel the need to backtrack. Of course the whole time missing the point.

I don't see a blog post yet. They will sometimes have a video to display the games which is what I found so it will have to be uploaded before the blog post goes live with all the games. So the blog post should be up sometime later today. When ? I don't know.

If only the XBL thread shared your perspective. I swear, its like some people on here don't know what a CAG is.
Remember that some people there got the Golden Crisp discount, so they didn't pay "full price". Also, with the XBL rewards, they get some back. Kind of like the GCU -> beat quickly -> trade in cycle.

I find it funny that they give away 2 sequels to story based games. No one should be playing the 2nd game in the title after the 1st for both of these games( Mass Effect and TWD ). I guess you could for ME2 since the original got ported afterwards so they included some sort of short comic so you could pick the choices, but still.

I got super excited about Dragon Fin Soup for a second. I saw some thumbnail photos when google searching and thought it was a side scroller Maple Story type game.

Sweet, really like magika 2 series.

Looks like an interesting mix of games for next month's PS+.

I managed to hit my $100 mark for the $15 back promo and only went over by $1.34.

I played ME2 before ME1 and don't remember doing the comic. It easily become one of my all time favorites. I went back later and played 1 before playing 3 and somewhat confused myself on the state of things in 3. Regardless, I think ME2 can be a great stand alone game or good entry into the series.

It's not as bad here as some PlayStation sites, but I just don't understand why people are so closed minded to games they think they're not interested in come to PS Plus. Some people act as if Sony gives us avatars and themes, we're getting full games here.

If it weren't for plus I'd never have played Dust: An Elysian Tail, metro last light, saints row 3...

Well you get my point. Buy what you love, try what you might not.

How does thie $15 off $100 work?  I've never spent enough in the past for this.  I had $10 credit already on my account and I loaded another $10 from a card I had laying around.  Those won't count right?  So even if I've spent the $20 referenced above, I still need another $100?  Also when does the $15 show up and does it expire?  thanks.

Full Lineup:

  • The Walking Dead: Season 2, PS4
  • Magicka 2, PS4
  • Mass Effect 2, PS3
  • Beyond Good & Evil, PS3
  • Dragon Fin Soup, PS4, PS Vita (PS3 Cross-Buy when available)
  • Invizimals, PS Vita

Motherfuckers. I paid for the DFS kick starter and they are giving it away for free? I never got the game, heck I dont even know if it is already out or if it is going to be, soon.

fuck kick starter!

Edit: Before you guys get your panties in a bunch, I bought several games that went onto become free games, never bothered me at all. I am pissed because it is almost as if I pre-ordered some game and then they give the game away for free when it comes out.

I believe this is it, but I never had to do it since I played on PC first so I had a ME1 save file.

Buy $100+ worth of content through the store in between the 2 dates. Just adding PSN credit to the account does not count, you have to spend it. Add up your purchases from the "thank you for your purchase" emails and if that number is greater than or equal to $100, then you're golden.

I'm surprised no one is complaining about the PS+ lineup. I'm certainly disappointed by it. Walking Dead is like $5 on sale, Mass Effect 2 can often be found for as low as $2 at Gamestop, Beyond Good and Evil has been on sale frequently for $2, and Invizimals is a PSP game I thought, unless there's a new one.

Pretty sure Invizimals is a newer release. You probably missed it because it was sandwiched between a bunch of AAA Vita releases in the past several months.

I hope so, but over on the EU blog, they link all the games in the lineup, and they linked to the PSP version. I hope that's just a gaff.

Damn, I was hoping the Castlevania: Harmony of Despair DLC would go on sale this week since the game was on sale last week.

If you want people complaining about the Plus lineup then feel free to check out the comments section on the blog.

Am I the only one to be happy to get Invizimals? Probably. Meh on the rest except Magicka 2 & Dragon Fin Soup. 3 out of 6 is a successful month for me.

i would be happy for invizimals if i didn't already buy it when it was on sale because digital is the only way to get it... but yay for magicka 2 and dragon fin. im a sucker for plus games with plats i don't have.

With FO4 and Battlefront coming out in November, Sony could've put Far Cry 4 or Black Flag on PS+ and I wouldn't even play them. November is a beast month for gaming. Wait until the new year for awesome Plus releases.

I think that's a really legitimate complaint. Kickstarter can provide the development team with enough capital to make their digital game without any actual financial risk, at which point they might see better profits by selling it to Sony as a PS Plus freebie than to sell it in the store to consumers. That might be a financially sound business move, but it's a shitty thing to do to your backers.

There's a thread here with all the details:

Except that without the Kickstarter, the game wouldn't exist. At least not in this form. If your goal as a backer is not to help a cool project get made and hopefully see it become successful when it's done, Kickstarter might not be right for you. Also, PS+ isn't a free service., as we paid to get access to this "free" game, blah, blah, blah. :puke:

The Walking Dead Season Two hasn't been on sale (unless it was a part of a flash sale) since February, so there's no fishy stuff going on there.

There are two Invizimals games on Vita. That they didn't specify which is coming to PS+ is dumb.

I'm open to new experiences, but that lineup is awful. Xbox for November really isn't much better.

I played ME on 360, so while I do need to play it, I need to play it on 360. I'll grab the Vita games, because the thirst is real, but my data cap is safe this month.

I'm really disappointed not seeing a Flash sale pop up over Halloween.  I expected to see something today.
