Crazy talk. I love most genres, but there is nothing quite as exhilarating as a good racing game. I feel my pulse quicken just thinking about racing at speed against traffic in the rain in game like Hot Pursuit.

It's one thing to not like racing games. But calling them boring? Maybe if you drive like a grandma.

Speaking of BoI DLC, I've notice PS has the + dlc but xbone did not. Guess I'm going to triple dip and beat it all over again. Also if you have BoI on PC they got a new character, items, boss, and achievements this past week.

 
I don't understand how someone can sell $50.00 for $42.50?

It makes me leery to buy it but his reputation is 400 thousand so I get that means legit.

all sorts of sellers do it from time to time (much less than the old days)

plenty of ways and reasons people/companies do it that ultimately makes sense for them

 
I really don't need any more games on my plate, but since it doesn't seem to go on sale very often, I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on Grow Home/Grow Up. Seems like decent games that I could knock off my list in a couple of hours. I'm a little skeptical about the control scheme which seems to assign a button for each hand. I just don't want to get stuck with another climbing physics grind like I Am Bread or (*shudders*) Getting Over It.

My kids and I played through Grow Home and got all of the trophies and finished it. Was very enjoyable but you may have to get used to the control scheme with a hand/limb for each button. Overall though we liked it. Getting all of the collectibles can be a pain until you get the jetpack but its good especially if you can get it cheap.

 
I wonder how much Bloodstained is going to cost when it goes up for general purchase? This weekend is the last chance to back it to get a standard digital copy for $28. I'm guessing $30.

I ended up backing at the $28 tier to get the game and Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon which is the retro-styled mini game that releases on the 24th of this month for $9.99. I figure it's at least worth that much to me as someone who loves these type of games. Here's the trailer they released last night for the spin off game.

Yes I got verification on Twitter, you have 2 more days to back it and get the bonus game. You’ll fill out a survey when you order picking your preferred method of delivery (I went with the $28 digital) for the main game and the mini bonus game but it all ends soom so if you’re interested I wouldn’t wait!

I have never backed a game before but I just backed at the $28 tier for this one. I imagine Ritual of the Night will be $20 minimum and Curse of the Moon is $10 so it should be a couple dollars savings at least. Just hope RotN doesn't end up like Mighty No. 9...

Any chance the Curse of the Moon game will be cross buy for us PS dudes? Probably just wishful thinking. If it's good I may cop for Vita as well. I think I'm gonna do the $28 tier myself. 

 
Just backed it as well- would have definitely bought the retro game for 9.99 so 18 for ritual of the night seems fair

Honestly I watched a video and I don’t hate the 3D style, it looks like it plays exactly how it should and that’s what matters- certainly better looking than the mercury steam 3DS game

Highly doubt it as they have an option for backers to choose either PS4 or vita version I don’t see us getting both. But who knows.
 
After looking at a bunch of Bloodstained videos yesterday I had already planned on backing at $28, and the addition of Curse of the Moon makes it a no-brainer.

At this point it's more like pre-ordering than backing. I'm not pledging just towards an idea with some concept art. I can see what Bloodstained will pretty much be like, and it's coming out this year.

My only hesitation was I might be able to put it's PSN purchase towards a Spend $100 promotion or Day 1 Digital promotion. Though for the latter I think Bloodstained would have to be priced at $40 for it to qualify.

Yeah, that's how I looked at it as well even though it's still technically considered backing. I'm not sure if I'll ever back a game in the early stages as I don't want to lose my investment if the project never comes to fruition.

 
I have two PS4's in my house and have them set up to do the "game sharing" thing.  We purchase all of the games under my account, he downloads them and then plays on his account.  We purchased the Elder Scrolls Online when it came out and it worked on both systems without a problem.  We purchased the Summerset expansion pack today but only my system was able to access the Morrowind portion.  Will we be able to purchase the $30 Summerset expansion on his account and be good to go or will we have problems because the base game is coming from my account and the expansion is coming from his account?  There is a $40 version that also comes with the base game that I could always purchase but I would prefer to save the ten dollars if it isn't needed.  Has anyone run into a situation like this and have any suggestions?

Yes, they do. Usually 40% off songs & packs several times per year (on Steam, PSN rarely). Only problem is if you're insane like me and have RS on multiple platforms, the DLC isn't cross platform. Highly recommend the PC/Mac/Steam version & a visit to CustomsForge too. Enjoy the awesomeness. :beer:

Been playing a lot of mad max since it was a ps+ game and while the game is good overall it's just too damn repetitive.I just finished doing all missions,side activities,and whatnot for Jeet and now I have to do it all over again for two other dbags.

I thought they did a pretty good job making all the little Outpost you can find feel very different, with little backstories you can figure out.

Gameplay-wise, sure there's a bit of repetitiveness, but that's true with all games. I love the combat system. My two biggest complaints were that I think the car was OP too soon, and I wish they did more with attacking convoys

I had the same problem with ESO on my XBone. Base ESO worked on my two home consoles (me and my son). But the Morrowind "chapter" only worked on my account (the one which actually purchased it.)

You should be OK console sharing the base game, and just buying his own Sommerset under his account. But for $10 extra it might be worth it to make sure your kid has his own copy.

Well, that's just great. Another rush to play and complete trophies. Are the online trophies in this game doable in the ten days if you haven't started the game yet?

Because eventually I will be playing through it, and I'd like to be able to get the platinum when I do. I'd be okay not playing video games at all, but life wouldn't be nearly as fun.
