Yeah, the 60FPS and remastered textures make those games much easier to play. Going back to those PS3 versions, you'll notice how slow your character moves after that. Only complaint I have with the Uncharted collection and Last of Us remastered is the install size(40GB+).

I played Last Guardian entirety few times and the experiences of frustration for me are very minimal. Either I have lots patience or Trico listen to me pretty well lol But I can see people get frustrated. But I definitely wouldn't skip this game because of that. At least try once to experience the beauty of the game. The environments the views are breathtaking. If you played Ico or SOTC you know what I mean.

 
Maximilian Dood's recap of the FF7R behind the scenes demo sounded absolutely incredible.  He got very emotional on stream while describing being told that Kitase and the rest of the development team would watch his FF7R reveal reaction video when they were struggling and needed motivation.  Kitase and Nomura (I believe) asked to pose with Max for a photo.  Very cool.

Im only 2 chapters into detroit beyond human, but.... wow. It's an evolution of cage's already distinct gameplay [ive played indigo phrophecy and heavy rain]... but it just feels so organic and natural so far.

Grab this. I feel like im playing something new. Something i want to show people. Im sure it isnt for everyone, but... yeah, it's refreshing playing something that just feels so different from anything else.

What I remember is that the entire game was on all three discs, it was all the cinematics that took up space and differed between the discs.

Genuinely love Connor's story-line and the relationship with Hank. The other two are good, but don't compare to how engaging Connor + Hank is.

 
really been on the fence about buying "Detroit"--   like it's just 8 bucks but then it feels like the awesome discount is a grab of cash before it becomes a plus title--   decisions decisions

I loved Heavy Rain and enjoyed Indigo Prophecy

hated both Beyond and Detroit, David Cage needs to stick with murder mystery stories rather than trying to create "emotion" as he calls it

 
How is Final Fantasy X/X-2 on the Vita? I would prefer to play it on Vita unless it has some major issues or is like, missing stuff.

It's fine. Been a while since I've played it but the only issue that comes to mind is that X2 is not on the physical cart. Not a problem if you're going digital

I enjoyed it a lot more than the reviews but it definitely got a little tedious towards the end. It's nothing terribly new or unique but it definitely was fun. In the end, it was worth the playthrough
 
Yeah if it ain't broke don't fix it is usually applicable.  Sure some things can be improved upon further but I agree that innovation just for the sake of it is pointless.  The sad part is many games come up with good ideas in a series and never use them again.  I still wish equipment carry over, overlimit and artes usage from tales of vesperia would return. Oh and the replica titles so you can turn any character into any other character.  Loved being able to pick my own party on ng+ with absolute freedom.  Or just make an entire party of the same character.  Huberts and richards were quite fun.  I think that was one of the few games I got to a 200 hit combo in besides legendias 300 or 400.

For everyone who plays Rocket League, here's a limited time only in-game redemption code that will unlock a Never Say Die Limited Decal from the movie The Goonies.

The Stern table pack also works on the Stern Pinball game that can be downloaded for free. Unfortunately, I only "own" Pinball Arcade as long as I have PlayStation Plus, so I went ahead and bought the free Stern Pinball game so that I would have access to the tables if I decide not to renew my Plus subscription.

Anyone else having trouble getting their "Notifications" in the upper-right hand corner to load? I tried on two different browsers and has not worked in several days (just gets the AJAX loading icon). Any mod reading this - can you possibly restart the forum software to fix (that is, assuming it's not just me)?
