Dang, I should have spent the other $50 on Driveclub instead of pre-ordering Witcher 3 as W3 is a game I think I would want to have physically oh well

Think I have everything from the Vita selection....Valhallah Knights 3 looks tempting for $6 but the game just looks poorly made and repetitive.

I'm sure i'll get a lot of flack for this, but Urban Trials Freestyle is not a bad game and is certainly worth $0.70  Yes, it's not as good as Trials and may even be a knockoff, but there's a lot of fun to be had if you enjoy that genre.

Also, how is Silent Hill Book of Memories one of the most expensive games on the list?  Isn't that basically an old launch title that was poorly reviewed?

The day has finally come. And so have I.

I wonder if muramasa complete will be included in the sale. Would suck for those of us that just picked it up when we could've gotten a little extra off tomorrow.

Also, we should be able to get the $15 back after $100 if we purchase tomorrow right?

Now I have a decision to make.  I bought 2 years of PS+ through the PS store, so I am 2 cents shy of the $100 mark (I believe people mentioned after the last promo of this type that they got the credit back even though they were just under the $100 threshold, but I don't plan on taking the chance with Sony, they already stole a year of plus from me previously). I was going to get Child of Light (leaning towards the PS4 version), which I actually do want to play, but now I could just wait until the vita sale goes live and get Cel Damage for 60 cents to put me over the top. I probably wouldn't play Cel Damage, but it is about the cheapest thing that I might get use out of that would qualify me for the $15 back, and as a CA I find that appealing.

I have a physical copy of VLR as I picked that up when they had the watch promotion back in the day.

The physical copy does trade in for a reasonable amount, so it might be worth trading it in to do digital on it.

 
So those cheaper prices on the list are for PS+ subscribers, right?

I'm actually not interested in PS+ for reasons I won't go into, but if I was gonna make a lot of purchases, I could buy a month of PS+ for $10, then get the cheaper prices on those games, right?

also I believe the Castlevania they have on sale will be the PSP version.. thats also playable on Vita.

Yes. Whatever you buy while subscribed as PS+ will stay even once it expires. The only thing that wouldnt stay once it lapses is the free games.

But if you grab the games while they are free when you have PS+, you can access those same games for free if you ever re-sub later down the road.
 
My middle son is a huge Sword Art Online fan... I think if he has the cash he'll be buying that tomorrow and nagging me to open that PS-TV I bought.

 
Anyone suggest the Atelier series? And if so, where should I start?

Also, Sword Art Online looks good but I have no clue about the anime that it's attached to. Would I still enjoy the game without knowing anything about that series?

Overall, glad that the Vita has finally got some love from Sony for a change. Keep it up, Sony!

would grab alot of i wasnt out of memory space. Art is tempting but how many times its been sale the last few months could see it as a PSN+ title by summer

Atelier the type is too freaking small for the vita

monster mono could be another PSN+ title in the making on sale for 9 now on sale for 12

Vita version was free in November 2012

...

Neither version was free last year as it was my first year on PS+ and I would have surely grabbed it as long time Dreamcast fan.

Rorona > Totori > Meruru

You will feel a drop in quality from Rorona to Totori since Totori has some dated mechanics. But I recommend playing in chronological order since character development over the course of the three games is pretty fun to see. Save Rorona post game(year 4) for after you beat Meruru.

I'm not sure about SAO since I didn't get the game yet, but considering some characters are already together, it probably assumes you know how they met and what their relationship is with each other. Story's not that complicated so you can just read a wiki if you must.

Can someone remind me how to access the 2 week ps plus trial? I wanna activate it for tomorrow's sale. Nevermind. I was searching for "playstation plus" in the search bar. It only shows up if you search "ps plus".

Btw, do I have to deactivate the trial myself when the 14 days are up to keep them from charging me? Or will it just end on its own?

Opinions here are always mixed on the series. I like what I've played and intend to buy Meruru since its the last one to have gone on sale. They're very time management driven RPGs and won't be for everyone so watching some video reviews is probably your best bet.

If you do decide to get one to try Rorona is the first game in this(the Arland) trilogy of the series.
