Went ahead and bought Tony Hawk for now. Got excited to replay some youthful memories, so I turned on my PS3 to download it, and......the network is down for maintenance. Anyone else getting this shit?

 
Growing up while Michael Jackson was still doing Super Bowl shows but after he had clearly gone crazy I honestly thought Michael Jackson was a white woman until I was at least ten.

I just got TWO silver trophies on DA:I. Tried to sync, and now they don't even show on my machine( level 20, and close 75 rifts). I really hope a new Sony hack didn't lose two trophies. They popped up but show as "achieved" (or whatever you call it), anyone see that before?

That said, I'm on level 20 and haven't started the second or third main story after skyhold mission(I unlocked all areas and cleared them all except for a few above 20 dragons). Am I just going to fly through the rest of the game?

Archer is a good class for most people. They can move around and shoot and activate their skills making them the more mobile class. A DPS (Black Mage, Lancer, Pugilist, Rogue, Archer, Summoner) would be the best option to start out the game because they are the least knowledge-dependent when you are grouped in a party. Tanks have faster queue times (much faster than dps classes) but are expected to know dungeon/instances and lead the party, so having this as your first class may lead to people expecting you to know everything.

There is also a free 14day trial available, but this limits your chat to only the very basics.

1999. Soul Reaver was years ahead of its time, though, and it's still astonishing that the game was realized on the PS1 hardware. it's a no-brainer at $3.00 or less.

No, it's considered the worst. I found it perfectly acceptable not having the DS version available to me at a reasonable price but you can see the issues still. Loading a lot is thing it's lampooned for the most and it's definitely there. Not sure if playing it on the faster consoles makes it any better than on the PS1 but playing it on the Vita it was noticeable but tolerable.

Seriously? For a big anniversary sale, would it have hurt to gave a little more love to PS4?
 
I still have the need for speed disc installed, and now I bought it digitally. It won't key me download it and play. So I need to delete my disc install?..... F IT I just downloaded it, 18 gigs ain't nothing. I just hope it didn't delete my game save.

My first and favorite class and job is a Conjurer/White Mage. I'd recommend playing all classes and getting them to ~15 if not higher and it'll give you a good idea of what you like and it gives you some requirements for your job once you get to that point. All of the classes are fun and differ. If you like DPS, my choice Is thaumaturge/black mage or arcanist/summoner.

Definitely going to grab the Arctic Monkeys song for RB3, but I am tempted to grab the Foo Fighters song just to encourage them to put out more DLC. I only really started buying Rock Band instruments and games within the last year. I finally have everything exported (well, everything good) and I have dumped a fair amount into DLC. I am excited about this.

Do you even understand what 'jumping to conclusions' means?

It means you have something happen: for example, a game gets delisted and you JUMP TO A CONCLUSION like 'it must be because of poor sales'.

There are plenty of other reasons a game can get delisted:

Here are a few:

1) Licensing ran out

2) Publisher went out of business

3) Publisher forgot to fill out paperwork

4) Sony done messed up and it got accidentally delisted, and publisher isn't on the ball enough to notice

5) Exploit discovered in game

6) etc etc.

Notice none of them are 'poor sales', because games aren't pulled from digital storefronts for 'poor sales'. It makes no sense. I'm sure there are some obscure psn games that have sold all of 10 copies and still sit up on the store, because, why not?

You are jumping to conclusions because you're insisting it's because of poor sales, which, honestly, isn't just jumping to a conclusion, it's jumping to a stupid conclusion. Just because a game doesn't meet sales expectations doesn't mean you pull it from a digital store, and plenty of the games you mention certainly sell. Heck, one of your examples was demonstrably incorrect (VC2).

I'm not even going to bother responding to the idea that a game like Silent Hill Downpour might get delisted because it could 'tarnish the brand' because that's just.... my god, do you read what you post? Maybe Bioware is going to delist Dragon Age 2! Rejoice! Are they going to delete Uncharted Fight for Fortune from my vita?!! (actually, I enjoyed that)

I have like $30 worth in my cart, so saving an extra $3 would be nice especially since I don't get taxed on PSN stuff like XBL. I'll wait because if they do send them out before this sale is over, I'll add some more stuff to my cart.

I'm at almost $40 just with LocoRoco, Disgaea 4, Trails in the Sky, and Ys. If I'm buying 10 things and can get 10% off I would take that since I don't see anything else coming down the pipe soon unless the code had like 6+ months to be used.

Odds are they're waiting to give out the coupon until after the sale. Of course, it's Sony, so who knows. I'm waiting till the last day to pick up my haul.
