Disgaea 2 still isn't in the list but it is on sale, $8 for PS+.

Not sure what I'm getting now.  Prices are good but not as sweet as I like.  Strider 2 for $2.40 though seems like an easy decision.   I'm also considering King Oddball as I loved the iOS original version and played it to 100% completion of all levels.  Great stuff.  

Note King Oddball is $1.40 on Vita but $2.10 on PS3/PS4, so buy the Vita version as it's crossbuy.  Also like last week several other games are also crossbuy but better deals on one platform over another.  So check all versions before finalizing your purchases for those extra savings :)

I dunno about Criminal Girls but Demon Gaze is worth $16 imo. I wasn't disappointed with it at full price.

 
Less enthused by this week but may wind up buying more stuff.

Also of note in that weird uneven cross buy that's happening lately we have Kung Fu Rabbit which is cheaper on Vita.

 
Kind of sad to admit this but I have never played a Disgaea game. Looking at those that are PSTV compatible, I would guess Afternoon of Darkness would be the place to start?

I love the Disgaea series and have spent unreasonable numbers of hours with them. Afternoon of Darkness is a classic. The later games have more mechanics, some of which are pretty great, but the first is a lot of fun and still my favorite story. Go for it.

Maybe the game developers are pricing their Vita versions cheaper to encourage people to support Vita. Between this and PS Now coming to the platform, the Vita may gain a second wind. /hopeful
 
Sucks that none of the Final Fantasy games or Resident Evil 2 are on sale.
 
Is "The Last Tinker™: City of Colors" any good? I keep looking at it and feel like my kid would love the game, but I really dont know if it is any good. Any thoughts?

I preordered Everbody's Gone To the Rapture, this is the game I have probably been looking forward to most all year. Seems like a great story, supposed to have a big open world to explore. Super excited for that one.
 
By the way, at least judging from the iOS version, Flying Hamster HD is a pretty fun shmup, especially for $.80.

Thinking about Danganronpa 1 and 2.  I have been trying to find a physical copy of both games for less than $20.  I might have to give in and go the digital route.

Also might get the Mega Man games for the cross buy.  I was hoping the 3DS version of Mega Man Legacy would get a physical release.

Natural Doctrine is more of a trial and error game than a SRPG, I wouldn't really recommend it. I played it a bit as a rental and I would pay $10 for it, tops.

Demon Gaze though I like, if you're a DRPG fan and don't mind that customization is lacking you'll probably enjoy it.

It may not be the popular opinion but I'm loving the soundtrack so far. It's a good mix of "oh yeah that song", lesser known songs from popular bands as well as newer bands that has lead me to listen to more of their stuff (Lighhtning Bolt and St Vincent especially).

And the comeback of Harmonix employee bands is one of my favorite things to show back up. Really hyped for October.
 
Grabbed the PS+ freebies, Danganronpa 1+2, and Disgaea 4.  On the fence about Criminal Girls and some other random cheapies.

Would have been tempted to grab both Danganronpa games and Criminal Girls but I have them physically.

Anyone play Beach Buggy Racing?  Reviews say lagging control, but that could have been fixed. Seems like something the kids would enjoy.
