Yeah I ended up super disappointed in Race the Sun too owl. For the same exact reasons your saying. There's also this weird glitch that they never fixed where you basically level up every time you complete a mission. It works in your favor but still feels like something that should have been fixed.

Top 2000 US!

Top 1000 is at Level 31 70% right now. I'd like to make that my long term goal, but it feels like sooner or later I'm going to plateau to the point where everyone above me earns as many trophies as me or more per day.

How come every time I want to sprint with Ezio in Brotherhood by pushing the appropriate button combination he wants to do a stutter step every several feet. Even when he's on a horse.

What a mutherfucking mutherfucker.
Because all AC games have some janky controls. I was playing AC Unity a bit last night. Wanted to play longer but couldn't stay awake. Anyway I was climbing inside a building and couldn't get the MF to go up or down. Finally got him to drop down. You would think with 95 different releases of the game they would finally get it right. Certainly seems better then the first 25 games but still just off.

Is that really a glitch? Some of the missions are worth more "points" than others--for example, getting 100,000 points in a run was worth 1 "point" while doing 20 barrel rolls in a run was worth 3.

I am going to fire up LBP Vita this morning so I wont be the hold up anymore.

I am going to attempt to get started on Unity as well, but that might not happen today since I also just got another review game.

These will be nice to get for free since I preordered it anyway:

That Dark Knight Returns costume makes him look fat, though.

Platted Guacamelee this morning.... great game.

Any time I think of Guacamelee though will be associated with moose's breakdown because he couldn't figure out how to use the rooster uppercut to platform.

In honor of the 5th anniversary of Lost ending, here's how my buddy at work predicted it would end.

(Not really any show spoilers below, but probably huge and just in case.)

Yeah.. I am an idiot.

I looked at the trophy guide for OctoDad for PS4 before I started playing it just so I could know what to go for and there isnt one for Vita yet.  I spend forever trying to get the first trophy.  Then nothing pops.  I look at the trophy list on the Vita and it is not the same as the PS4 list is so I wasted all that time for no reason.

The bug is that if you complete a 1 point mission and that results in leveling up, then you stay at only needing 1 point for the next level up. Repeat.

I liked the game, though.

Hard mode in Witcher 3 is definitely frustrating at times, but super satisfying when you make it past where ever you get stuck. Did the side quest where you find the arsonist for the dwarf guy. Got my ass beat during the fist fight with the drunk at the end. Gotta work on actually counter attacking.

Monster Bag done. That game looks cute for a level or two and then things get strange and bloody. It's not for children, unless you want to scare them.

I think I'll start Broken Age next or maybe go back to Kick and Fennick. I got stuck at this one part and stopped playing.
I'm at chapter 12 or so. (Evacuation?) Simple game with a neat little mechanic. I wouldn't pay for it, but I'm glad it was free.

I gave up on kick and fennick somewhere around the part where you had to make blind leaps to platforms off screen.

Nice to have some company in idiot land. How's it treating you so far?

You should have used Axii on him in the dialog choices to both avoid the fight and get 25 EXP.

So completing 2 or 3-point missions to level up would result in 2 or 3 points needed for the next level-up?

Joker, don't make me run after you!  Seriously don't!  I just finished eating at the all you can eat Chinese buffet at 5th and Lexington. *belch*

No, it rolls over, like in Jetpack Joyride.

The way it worked for me, it didn't matter how many points you needed to level up. You level up, play the next run, and you're suddenly one point away from leveling up again. Rinse and Repeat to top level and max level trophy.

I uploaded 3 fun vids i did this week. CoD double punch finish, and then some crazy isaac gambling addiction and then item overload til he blows himself up. Good stuff

also you notice i donate all the coins I can to the bum before I gamble, im altruistic like that.

They fixed it!!

Unity in the hizzy. I better get the update started so it'll be finished by the end of the weekend. The dude at GS would not give up pushing preorders. I thought he was going to cry if I didn't preorder something, so I said
"Uh, no."

Did they stop putting credit straight on the PUR card? I traded in a couple games and had about $5 left after Unity and he puts it on something called a "trade card". Maybe he was just a moron. I don't know. He knew better than to try to stick me with a gutted copy, though.

Also, I tried the ghost pepper fries from Wendy's. I thought they were pretty amazing. Enough heat to taste, but not so much that it overpowers everything else.

I'll have to give those a try. The ghost pepper stuff I've eaten tends to vary quite a bit in hotness. Different brands of salsa can vary from just over habanero heat to difficult for me to eat more than a bit at a time. Same with sauces and the like.

Ghost pepper does have a good flavor, though.

Poll: do I try to get the (double) plat in motorstorm rc or am I content with having 2-3 medals in all events? Please advise.

Edit - are drift events the hardest to get all 3 medals or is it just me?

Naw you content. You need something more fulfilling in life. Like the vanquish plat.

For you resogun veterans, do I need to do beat resogun on veteran in one go or can I continue?. P3trophies isn't loading on my phone.

I did this in single player, not Arcade Mode. You don't have to beat it in 1 sitting or anything like that, because it took me a few days to beat it on veteran (and I kept on dying a lot).

As long as you eventually do all 5 levels on Veteran, you'll get the trophy. I'm not sure if this will work in co-op.

Hmm, that never happened for me, I got XP bubbles based on the tasks I completed which filled up the leveling gauge until I got a level, at least not that I noticed. Only ones which were really that hard were the "only turn left/right" and at first the 20X barrel roll one (until I figured out to wait and do all of them between regions).

Which that one is just stupid since A.)they never explain how to do a barrel roll (turn to one side until the tip of your wing scraps the ground, then push the stick in the opposite direction) and 2.)barrel rolls serve no function.

No maybe about it. He is a moron. I traded Vita God of War this week and she put the credit right on my card no problem.

I am up to the forth memory so far still enjoying it.

Yeah, I beat Veteran one stage at a time with no problems and the trophy popped. The only one you have to do in a single run is 1CC.
