I understand that but every time they have some deal with digital codes, people have issues with their codes and then that owner takes forever to respond. Or the time they sold not acquired from the publisher Steam codes that ended up being revoked. Or the time they oversold Metal Gear Rising games with steelbooks and sent 2 bucks back to the buyers with the game without first telling them that he was out of steelbooks and giving them the option to either cancel the order or take the 2 bucks. I won't support anyone who runs a shady ass business like that and feel like potential buyers need to be warned about it.You know I see these anecdotes sometimes and I don't doubt them at all, but the gamedealdaily dude has been around cag for as long as I can remember and I haven't had a misfire yet (not that I bought a ton from him). Definitely weigh the pros/cons yourself, it was worth the dice roll for me to get more cheap spacebucks.
That's the shittiest thing you've ever said to me.Anyone interested in playing Don't Starve Together? Its 10 bucks for a two pack right now.
He certainly blew it in the dumbest possible way.Max Scherzer currently has a perfect game through 8. I hope he blows it because the Nats can suck it.
Everything I don't already own is way overpriced..... unless there was another sale I don't know about.Any other gems in the sale?
The claptrap figure is pretty cool, I got one earlier this week.So traded in those 4 games to Gamestop for $60. Got burned on Twilight Princess for a refurb fee, to be fair it was a bit scratchy.
Since Gamestop's prices are awful 99% of the time, I bought toys. Got that Lara Croft Gold pack for $5, the little statue is cool. Also got a Gentleman Claptrap funko ($10), an Awesomenauts DC blind box figurine ($2), and two Rabbids dressed as the Assassin's Creed and Watch Dogs dude ($0.97 each). Rest just on a GC for later.
Yeah I wanted a Psycho too but they didn't have one, only had 4 Moxxi's.. The Gentleman Claptrap is actually the one I pre-ordered that they never called me about. I'm lucky it was still there, although it looks like locations further away still have some. They probably could have shipped one over to me if I didn't find this one.The claptrap figure is pretty cool, I got one earlier this week.
Yeah I almost hate having credit at Game Stop. There is almost never a time buying a new game there is a better deal then getting it at BB with GCU. But for used it works well on occasion since in NY we don't have to pay tax using the credit. Works out to 8% or so. I am tempted to just buy PSN cards but try to hold off.So traded in those 4 games to Gamestop for $60. Got burned on Twilight Princess for a refurb fee, to be fair it was a bit scratchy.

His job was to get on base. He did it. There is part of the rule that says you must make an effort to get out of the way, but umpires rarely enforce it.He certainly blew it in the dumbest possible way.
N/M that pirates guy leaned into it like a littleing bitch.
Found a buddy from work to split it with. Died 3 times so far but its a lot more fun in coop. That's the shittiest thing you've ever said to me.
Yeah Gamestop sucks. I usually get PSN credit, but christ has there been anything to even buy on PSN in months? I've been sitting on my $15 or so in my PSN wallet for a long time, so no real reason to stock up any further at this point.Yeah I almost hate having credit at Game Stop. Going to trade GT6 back to them tomorrow. Probably also trade Saints Row 4 to them after I grab it at BB (want the Gat code only). Also going to unload AC Rogue and The Evil Within at which ever has the best TIV tomorrow with BB 30% promo starting. Rather have BB credit but on some games GS gives much better value (mostly 3DS and Vita games).
Are you talking on PS4? The coop mode is on PS4?Found a buddy from work to split it with. Died 3 times so far but its a lot more fun in coop.
Nah, steam. I got tired of waiting for what may never come to PS4. All the talk of steam games the past few days forced my hand on several things. Are you talking on PS4? The coop mode is on PS4?
Yeah the world doesn't feel as empty with another person. You can actually coop with up to 6 others I believeAh gotcha. I didn't think it was on PS4, I don't think it'll ever make it.
The game was so close to being fun, but there's just too much mindless walking that wastes too much time, I just got super bored with it. Might be more enjoyable in coop. Everything useful is still going to be miles and miles away, but at least there's two of you so you can start building camps together and things will go quicker.
I didn't see the play/at bat but if the guy leaned in it is a punk ass move.It was a punk ass move.
Yeah I have almost $41 so don't really need the credit either. Part of me wants to just let it build for a year and if I decide to get a XBox One I will have some tax free money. But then I am locked into getting it GS which may or may not have the best deal. Plus I am at best 50/50 on ever getting one.Yeah Gamestop sucks. GS credit is really only good for BB/Amazon flips or accessories like controllers or amiibos (yeah I know GCU works on them but its only a couple bucks and I can usually pick out a better looking one at GS). As for PSN I dont think I've bought anything on there in a while, maybe Shovel Knight? We are desperately overdue for a good sale.Yeah Gamestop sucks. Some players actually do lean into. I forget the guys name but one of them even had an elbow guard on. He stood on top of the plate AND leaned in.Yeah people just say "lean" meaning he intentionally got his body in the way. Not that he actually leaned one way or the other.
I bought JC2 and before that Max Payne 3. But they were so cheap. I did a few flips to BB recently but not too many. I don't buy collectibles of any kind so that doesn't work for me. Maybe a claptrap would be cool but honestly we have enough crap in boxes as it is.GS credit is really only good for BB/Amazon flips or accessories like controllers or amiibos (yeah I know GCU works on them but its only a couple bucks and I can usually pick out a better looking one at GS). I can in a few hours.Nah, steam. I got tired of waiting for what may never come to PS4. All the talk of steam games the past few days forced my hand on several things.
Speaking of which, velo/cleaner you doing any Talisman tonight?
The only reason why this play is even being scrutinized is because it was the last out on a potential perfect game. The batter didn't make an effort to get out of the way, but the pitch obviously got away from him.
It looked like a normal MLB at bat to me when a batter is expecting a pitch outside or one he can drive. I think most of them freeze and dip because they are already committed. If this wasn't about a possible no hitter I don't think anyone would give 2 shits.Didn't look like he leaned in much if any. Maybe purposely dropped his elbow into it. Certainly made NO effort to get out of the way though. Bitch.
no it looks down right ugly. I know the usga wants a tough challenge but they are losing viewers since tiger sucks now so they ought to find pretty courses to look at. Especially when you see Augusta and the Ponte vedra course every year. This golf course is weird looking.
Yeah, i also think Therm is gonna join us. The game is a bit too long tho, even without any of the dlc. We might just do an hour or so every (other) night or so til we beat it. No way we can beat a game in one night unless we marathon it. just hit me up whenever on steam chatSpeaking of which, velo/cleaner you doing any Talisman tonight?
also fox sucks at golf coverage and they don't seem to have enough close camera angles. Its so hard to watch.no it looks down right ugly. yeah I liked the smaller town but way too many collectables for such a small expansion and all the damn enemies everywhere were a pain.I think I liked just about every part of the Dead Kings DLC more than I did the stuff in Unity, which says a lot because I really liked Unity. To me, the story was definitely better. I think it made me realize that maybe Paris was too big for its own good . I preferred the smaller cities of the past games, which is what Franciade resembled more in the DLC.
Yeah, all the enemies on the street that wouldyeah I liked the smaller town but way too many collectables for such a small expansion and all the damn enemies everywhere were a pain.
It also helps that they let hitters wear those giant elbow guards. If he wasn't wearing anything, I think he would have gotten out of the way.I think something worth pointing out about the video you posted is that it looks a lot worse in slow motion. Granted it was a slider, but it's still clocking somewhere around 85 mph.
EDIT: Yeah, lower right corner has the pitch clocked at 86 mph. Sorry about the shit quality.
yeah I don't see anything wrong to try and win a game. 2-0 is fine. Do whatever you can to win sincs its in reach. But 6-0 is a different storyThis reminds me of the Padres-Dbacks incident way back in 2001 (I think). It was somewhere around that year. I wanna say it was Curt Schilling that had a perfect game going for Arizona. I think it was 2-0 at the time, in the 8th inning. Padres catcher Ben Davis drops down a bunt that catches everyone by surprise, and he's safe at first. The Dbacks' manager, Bob Brenly, called it a "chickenshit" move after the game was over.
I never saw anything wrong with it. They were only down 2 runs at the time. I guess Arizona thought they should just stand there and take strikes the rest of the game.
