Hey Guardian Owl what guide did you use for the collectibles for Alice Madness Returns? I know there are a few out there but curious on which worked best for you.

 
Didn't someone here post before that they were able to get like 1000 comics on their phone or something? For some reason I feel like it was Jay. Playing Batman makes me want to read comics, but I want to try before I buy.
 
White IPA sounds good but I don't really want to go out. But I'm hungry too so maybe I should go get some and some food. I wish I had good food close but the only really close things to me are Subway and McDonalds.

I know Jay went digital with comics. I think he was just reading them on his iPad after he sold his collection. You should try it out and see how it works out.

 
So far I've tried the Kindle app and the DC comics app. DC is way better. TPB has a torrent for the latest Batman series, so I'm going to try that out.

Comics are like $4-5 an issue though. That seems crazy to me.
 
I read my stuff through comixology. I like the service well enough, but the apps kinda took a hit when they got bought out by amazon. I used to stock up on cheap itunes money and use that for comics on sale. They usually have a marvel sale on mondays and a DC one on tuesdays I think. And various other ones at random times. I've used them to pick up a pretty decent chunk of older titles I want to read. I only follow maybe 4 monthlies at this point. 

Theres a couple different options if you just want to load cbr onto an ipad or android tablet tho. 

Amazon themselves have been better with comics sales recently too. 

 
Just double checked: I use cloudreader on ipad for cbr uploads, and perfect viewer on android. 

I like the cloudreader one, its pretty simple to use/upload stuff and it keeps track of where you are pretty well.

The perfect viewer may have gotten better, but when I used it I didn't like it all that much, it had a weird layout, and wouldn't always save my spot. Also had a weird habit of displaying the progress bar backwards when it did save my spot. Its been over a year since I last messed around with it though, and I know I've seen it update a few times. 

Also: finally tried a walkabout gator. Don't like it all that much, it has a weird aftertaste.

I sure loved Valkyrie Profile. and I loved FFT but never played war of the lions yet. I remember getting Cloud in FFT and thinking that was the most badass thing ever, and then getting his limit breaks. Too cool

 
My 4 y/o ended up beating the garden ops on easy earlier, that's pretty awesome. He was actually 2nd place with 50 kills, 1st had 56.

Anyone wanna play some pvz tonight? I'v almost got the plat, just need a few more kills of each class. or else I'm just playing dmc Dante Must Die all night.

 
Oh fuck yeah. They've put in so much effort into Skullgirls to make it the best it could possibly be. Can't wait for them to make a game in a genre I actually give a shit about.

Neogaf is also down but I'd assume that's unrelated and not due to some bombshell news story but rather some type of maintenance.

spent the night playing call of duty and then minecraft with my clan buds. good times and they helped me get a bunch of minecraft trophies I would never mess with. and damn its so nice outside. I got my tent all set up way in the back of the yard/woods area and sleeping in it again tonight and then tomorrow. yum i love this weather and making fires and everything cept bug bites

 
Velo, back when Stotch first posted that I took it as he was referring to the girls you bring over, not your wife. Nobody has really come forward to say what they thought he meant one way or the other (and that might be just because they thought it was a shitty thing to say regardless of what he meant), but I would be shocked if the majority really thought he was talking about your wife.

Be mad at him if you want but it really doesn't make sense to be pissed over speculation, especially when he's said several times now that he wasn't talking about your wife.

and I walk like 2+ hours every day. I need to walk even more on such beautiful nights like tonight. I am gonna regret playing all these games when I could have been enjoying the outside weather, especially when it quits being so serene out. I need to just quit this thread for a few weeks. I'm just not used to people being so negative. I'm used to chill dudes and friendly chix and my awesome babies. I'v been spoiled away from assholes that now im hyper sensitive to assholes. lol.
