How the fuck could Psychonauts 2 not raise 3.3 million? Didn't Notch offer up some money at one point? I AM SO fuck ING HYPED RIGHT NOW. THIS GAME NEEDS TO HAPPEN!!!!!

Well, I guess I'm not done with telltale. I think Batman is a perfect fit for those style games. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

I stopped at walmart on my way home from my parent's on Thanksgiving night. Grabbed 4 PS+ cards among other things, but they rang up at the normal $17.99 price. I told the girl they were supposed to be on sale for $10 each. She stared at me. I pulled out my phone and showed her the ad. She said "it must be a different thing." I said "oh well maybe someone ELSE (like someone who gives half a shit) can help me find the ones that are on sale?" At this point, a manager named "Puddin" came over and told her to just adjust the price. The register said something didn't get activated, but they thought it was just because she had to cancel out the original 4 and reenter them in at the new price. They assured me if there was any problem, I could come back and they'd fix it.

I went back the next day on black friday to pick up some lego sets that weren't listed in the ad, but were on sale online. They actually had the modern color mario amiibo, all of the games that were on sale in the ad in displays with all the prices marked. On Thanksgiving, none of that was out. It was like they just showed up at the last minute, opened the store and unlocked all of the glasses cases for the games for the wolves to go crazy.

Gave one of the PS+ codes to Tyler and he got an error. Went back to the store and told them what happened and what Puddin told me. The lady went and got her manager named "Baraka". The computer told him that the one code I tried to use was not activated, but the other 3 should be. I had Tyler try a second code while I stood there at customer service and it worked. Then a third code, which did not work. It's like fucking random nonsense. After more talking I basically tried cutting my losses, but he couldn't refund the cards that the computer said were never activated. In the end, of the 4 cards I got, 1 worked and was redeemed for 3 months of plus, 1 got refunded to my credit card, and 2 got refunded to cash.

Also, one of the other things I got the first night was Transformers Devastation, which I got from BB for $20 on Monday. Now I gotta return that too.

I missed the Rock Band VR announcement. Is it basically RB4 + Oculus or something different/better? I think it'd be cool if they did that for Guitar Hero Live since you're on stage immersed in the performance already.

If you are going for the benevolent leader trophy, you will have to cheat, otherwise it would take months to collect that 30,000 caps needed for it. Unless Bethesda patches the trophy requirements.

I started with 10 Charisma. I've been swindling/extorting every quest giver I find for hundreds of caps for every thing I do. Have been rolling in caps.

The only thing close to cheating I've done in the game is save scumming quest turn ins. I have rank 2 Idiot Savant and only 1 Intelligence. Generally in 5 to 10 quick reloads I get 5x the normal experience for completing a quest. Pretty fucking awesome when every quest I turn in gives 1k-1500 exp instead of 200-300 exp on top of the random 5x multipliers that occur just killing shit/dialogue options/discovering areas.

oops, forgot about the awards.

- would've been nice to be able to carry forward the one ps2 game I bought on ps3 but konami will never update contra ss anyways so fuck it.

- the brief seconds of shaq fu look entertaining, it looks like a final fight/streets of rage game?

- I don't share in the collective nerd stiffy over psychonauts or tt batman, but glad y'all have wood.

Finally finished zat on sniper elite. Magically assembled a baller pickup team that tore through the keep like crepe paper. No idea how easy collectibles and shit will be on cadet but I'm glad the hard part is done.

It looked HORRIBLE. Like PS1 graphics and ridiculously cheesy.

 
Never played Dune 2, but Warcraft was the first PC game I ever played. Loved it and spent so much time on it. WC2 was amazing as well; used to use a program called Kali to simulate LAN over TCP/IP for it and Duke 3D and a few others. It was cumbersome as hell but back then there was no other way to play games on the internet.

 
All the DLC is free on Halo 5 because you f*d up horribly on the Master Chief Collection and don't want to piss more people off.
