They added that hockey mode to Rocket League. It is surprisingly awesome. I bailed on the mutators after a few rounds but I may stick with this new mode for awhile. The way the puck slides up walls allows for some pretty crazy juggling.
 
I've seen that "Hey honey, the fence is missing" commercial a million times and still aren't tired of it.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Finn ends up being Lando's son.
 
Damn just finished Broadchurch season 1. Good show. I'm debating whether I should bother giving Gracepoint a shot since I like some of the actors or just read about the different ending. I'll definitely move onto season 2 on the original.
 
And I'm not caught up in the thread, but did some of you really not like Star Wars?  It was so damn good.  Lots of fan service, but I ate up every bit of it.  And I love the new actors.

 
I think the consensus on this thread is yay.

I'm not a big Star Wars fan at all (my sci-fi movie of the 70s will always be Alien) and I'd say it's my favorite out of all them.

Having read probably all of the spoilers I don't think I've seen anyone overtly criticize star wars other than the 'it follows the first movie's formula' thing which doesn't seem like that big of a deal. JJ Abrams would have to have balls the size of George Wendt's head to try to make something completely original in this context.
 
I'd agree that it's somewhat formulaic, but I thought it was more Abrams understanding what made the first movies so good and charming - something that seemed completely lost on Lucas with the prequels.

The only criticisms I've seen are that it follows the original too much and that Leia walking right past Chewy after Han died in favor of some new girl who had just met the guy was shitty. The bad guy being an angsty teenager type like Anakin is something I've seen mentioned a couple times as well.
Still positive reception overall from everybody I've seen comment on it, though.

I wanted to give you a chance because if I had ginn instead of amendola you would be close to dead. Cam went off for 40plus.

But really I should have put ginn in but who really believed he would get 20 plus two weeks in a row!? Also when i saw Chandler was out I figured gronk and amendokla would be good. Should have known crazy weird shit happens. What a Carolina giants game wow!!!

EDIT: And Carolina D was killing it early but i guess the big lead killed their energy. That was a 10 pt swing there. fuck.

That defender made a "legal" play but clearly there was nothing to do there other than trying to hurt the receiver.   Then the o lineman wants to protect his guy and there we go.  Issues.

Going to see Star Wars tomorrow morning with some family and one of my cousins is working and cant go, but he told me he doesnt want to see it anyway because "I dont really like Star Wars."  DA FUQ!?!?!

Oh, and this totally would have affected me negatively just now, but next year if we do fantasy we absolutely have to have -1 for missed PATs.  It's not fair to penalize a kicker for a missed 50+ yarder but have no penalty for the 30 yard chip.

Deciding to bench Ginn for Bolden at the last minute this morning cost me my season. He outscored bolden and my 2 starting RBs (AP and ivory) combined. So no ps4 money from me either Zimm..sorry.

-1 is pretty harsh on a 1 point play...imo

Edit: with the 50+ yd fg, you also get the upswing of 5 pts

Edit2: you are also already losing a point by him missing a kick that should be a given. Like I just did with mcmanus..fuck

I liked but didn't love it, for the reasons that were mentioned before.

Mostly because it felt like a remake of A New Hope. Way too many similarities. Doesn't really feel like it ever establishes an identity of its own.
